STRAWBERRY Scientific name: Fragaria, a genus of the rose family. History: Mentioned in Roman texts for its medicinal properties and cultivated as a garden plant in France in the 1600s. Local significance: Established by statute as the official state fruit of Louisiana in 2001. An important contributor to the state economy, it is celebrated annually through numerous festivals.

Spa Facilities Our Spa is complete with men’s and woman’s locker area, plush robes and comfortable slippers. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, infused water, mimosas, and champagne, as well as complimentary fruit and snacks.

Arrival Policy We kindly request that you check in a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your first scheduled treatment. Our treatments begin promptly as scheduled. Where possible, we will accommodate late arrivals. However, if we are unable to accommodate a late arrival your treatment time may be shortened at the full service price.

Gift Certificates Our gift certificates offer guests the flexibility to select from a variety of spa treatments, packages and products or customize a spa gift with a personal treatment selection. Available for purchase online at www.therooseveltneworleans.com

Valet Parking Spa clients receive complimentary valet parking with each appointment. Please advise Reservations at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 6 hours’ notice to avoid incurring the full therapy fee.
