Hando Sinisalu is marketing journalist, researcher conference speaker and producer. He is the founder and CEO of Best Marketing International, the leading marketing conferences producer in Europe. Hando has produced and managed over 200 conferences in 24 countries, he has experience in both content creation and event/business management. Hando collects and analyses digital marketing case studies, he is producer of The Best of Global Digital Marketing Show and editor of IAB Europe´s Digital Advertising Yearbook DAY 2013. Hando has MA degree in Communications from Ohio University (USA).

Xaviera Ringeling is a content strategist, lecturer and consultant. She runs Dutch content marketing consultancy ContentChefs, makes online magazines and is the editor-in-chief of Dutch blog 42bis.nl where more than 100 people publish content for web professionals. She also teaches content marketing strategy at SRM and launched Dutch crowd sourced publisher Content Collective.

He brings over 20 years of professional management experience having run businesses in the IT Enterprise Software Industry in South East Asia, India & the Middle East. Completely ROI oriented with a keen focus on customers, product delivery and people, he has an eye for change in trends. He joined ibs as the CEO in 2013 and is now leading the team to grow its footprint across geographies through its IP led product solutions encompassing social, mobile and digital platforms, as well as growing the agency business with new service offerings.
