Celebration Spaces - Let your creativity take over Whether choosing a space for your ceremony, reception, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or gift opening Prairieland Park has the perfect space to make your dreams come true. Events of different sizes can be held at various locations at Prairieland Park: The Terrace, Hall A or Hall B. Your wedding package will include: set-up and removal of tables and chairs, linens, gift and registration tables, podium and mic, a riser for your head table and a portable dance floor (Halls A & B) if needed. In addition we have some decor options including: an arbor, artificial trees, lamp posts, park benches and leather couches. Prairieland Park offers additional upgrades including: projectors and screens, enhanced audio/visual equipment and chair covers.

The Terrace Room: $800.00 per day plus GST The spacious Terrace Room is a great fit for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The space is located on the upper level of Hall C. The large windows offer plenty of natural light creating a spacious, welcoming atmosphere for your guests. Capacity: 225 people at round tables with padded chairs Hall A: $600.00 per day plus GST (per breakout room) $2,000 per day plus GST (center area) The newly renovated Hall A can accommodate groups up to 700 people with the capabilities to split into six rooms. The space features state-of-the-art audio visual equipment including: built in projection with roof top screens, surround sound speaker system, individual temperature controls and adjustable lighting. *A/V Tech required with use of A/V Capacity: 150-700 people at round tables with padded chairs (the 5 breakout rooms can each accommodate 150 people) Hall B North: $1,300 per day plus GST The newly renovated Hall B features permanent carpeting and easy room dividing floor-to-ceiling drapery. The room dividing capability allows for layout flexibility. This hall is perfect for an elegant reception large or small. Capacity: 600 people at round tables with padded chairs

Banquet Guidelines FOOD 1. Due to City and Provincial Health Regulations, Prairieland Park does not allow any outside food to be brought in, with the exception of wedding cakes. For the same reason, food provided by Prairieland Park is not allowed off premise. 2. The menus are suggestions and may be altered in consultation with our Food & Beverage Manager. We are ready to create menus designed specifically for your function upon request. Please advise if there are dietary requests for your event; we are pleased to assist. 3. Menus may be sampled upon request. The sampling prices will be equal to the full menu price per person plus additional service charges and applicable taxes – minimum charge $250.00. 4. All prices are subject to the applicable service charges and taxes. GST - 5% and Gratuity - 15%. LIQUOR 5. The facility is governed by Provincial Liquor Laws and all applicable guidelines must be met. All liquor served in the facility is to be provided by the Prairieland Park Food & Beverage department (includes all beer, spirits & wine). No additional corkage charges will apply. 6. Cash bar is price indicated in menu. Host or subsidized bar will be subject to 5% GST, 10% LCT (liquor consumption tax) and 15% Gratuity. 7. Tolerance period for bar service will be one half hour prior to doors closing. GUARANTEE 8. A preliminary estimate of attendance is required when the menu is selected. A guarantee of the number of guests attending must be provided to Prairieland Park 72 hours prior to the function. The greater of the guarantee, or attendees, will be charged to the client. LABOUR 9. Catering services delayed by the Client will result in a labor charge of $150.00 each additional 15 minutes, after the first half hour. 10.To ensure quality of service, please allow a 15 minute clearing time immediately after your meal, prior to beginning of program.
