Our professional team will coordinate with you from the very beginning, taking care of your every need and ensuring that your event runs smoothly and seamlessly. Everything you need in one single location: Business Conference Centre, apartments and suites, restaurants and shops, Wellness Centre and over 30 inclusive land and water based sports and activities, all on your doorstep and included in the price of your accommodation. We offer a complete range of in-house services to go hand in hand with our new Business Conference Centre, details of which can be found in the next pages.

The South Conference Centre was opened in March 2014 and has been designed to meet the high expectations of today’s corporate community who are looking to combine their meetings, workshops or teambuilding events with a varied active programme in more relaxed surroundings.

The brand new conference centre offers up to eleven different room options with six different configurations and a total capacity of 300 persons. The built-in rail system provides a range of room options by using the sliding partitions (represented by dashed lines in the above architectural plan).

Accommodation Individual or group delegate reservations are handled by our central reservation system. We offer a range of accommodation to suit all group sizes, requirements and budget, including our new luxury suites.

 VIP service for conference organizers from our Groups Department at Club La Santa. Our friendly team will be your point of contact both before and during your stay, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

When you travel in a group of 20 or more*, you can enjoy additional privileges including:

 A tailor made programme for your conference and stay, made in cooperation with a representative from our onsite Groups Department in Lanzarote, absolutely free of charge • Pre-book facilities and equipment • Reserve times to suit your group in our restaurants • Special events in our restaurants, conference rooms or at the disco • Advance booking of meeting rooms and AV equipment • Advance booking of excursions  Discounts off Club La Santa merchandise for use during your stay, for example drinks bottles.

Airport transfers can be arranged to measure, either by taxi, coach or minibus.

Excursions We also have an onsite Rent-a-Car service and offer various excursions to cultural and entertainment centres around the island, should you wish to build this into your programme. Please ask in advance if you would like to arrange a private tour.

Communications Our Conference Centre is fully equipped with free ADSL and Wifi, telephone lines and data cables. In addition there are numerous Wifi hotspots all around the resort, with connections in all of our suites and the majority of apartments.

Audio-visual and other equipment We provide all of the aids and equipment that you will need, free of charge when you reserve the South Conference Centre: Projector, screen, television, microphone, mobile flipchart, whiteboard, basic stationary and water. We can also offer translation headsets on request. All room configurations have sound insulated and have speaker systems installed. A photocopier and printer is available for our delegates’ use.
