Medicalized Food 2011 – The place to be! The Scientific Committee of the International Society of Antioxidants in Nutrition and Health (ISANH) st decided to organize the 1 World Summit on Medicalized Food & Medical Nutrition: The Emerging st Market of Therapeutic Complements, which was held in Paris in December 1 , 2011.

This first edition was a great success, joining more than 70 professionals (academics and industrials) aroung global presentations and discussion about medicalized food as possible targets for therapies: neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, menopause, osteoarthritis, depression, metabolic syndrome, cancer… On behalf of Medicalized Food Committee, we would like to thanks all speakers, attendees and partners for their presence and the amazing job they have made. First of all, we would like to thank our speakers whose, thanks to theirs researches, fine expertise and different point of view, had managed to show us the wide range of scientific advances in medicalized food researches and applications. We would like to thank all our partners for their supports, presence and help they provide us during those two days. We sincerely wish and hope to collaborate with them for our next events around Medicalized Food advances. And, obviously, we cannot forget all attendees, without who this conference would not be such a great success.
