Description of the Incident Describe in your own words how you have been victimized. This second complaint against Fatou Bensouda, after I1409010802274822 is one more in the serie I began December 31, 2013. It is, as the former ones, related to the harassment both Bill Gates and I face, harassment decided and perpetrated by

the Rothschild, helped by Jacques-Antoine Malarewicz for the conception, by the jewish lobbies and their agents for the realisation. The plane crashes which occurred since MH370 are all linked to this harassment, what was indicated by different means, such as the partner of the only american adult present onboard, concerning MH370. Sarah Bajc, the partner of Philip Wood, an IBM employee, who travelled on the plane appeared a huge number of times on the TV. She is known by the medias and the politics for the private videos of Bill Gates she took by deception and which are used since they exist to blackmail him. In the case of the Dropped crash, both Florence Arthaud and Camille Mussat who died, were born a 28 October, as Bill Gates was. In these two cases the signing is exposed. We now face the A320 and I exposed in the complaints I filed against Francois Hollande, Angela Merkel, the CEOs of Google, Germanwings, Bouygues, Bollore, Lagardere that it must be considered in this context and in the context of the iranian nuclear talks. The proof was given Sunday 29 in a France 2 article, with a video presented as the content of the voice recorder released by Bild, the same day. It used a scenarisation very precise with the timing appearing on the screen, as well as the words pronounced. While the prosecutor supposed that the pilot left the cockpit to satisfy a natural need, Bild, presented by France 2, pretended that he had explained to the copilot that he had not had time to go to the toilets before the take off, and the narrator introduces a logical bind, saying that for this reason the captain left the cockpit. Due to the scenarisation, it cannot be considered as a mistake but as a precision which has a meaning, and the only one which fits is that Bild exposed a truth he knew and he could only knew it if it had been calculated in a false flag scenario. Which means that both the pilot and the copilot were chosen to fulfill the narrative which would be presented after a premeditated crash. The pilot had to be known for his preference to stay in the cockpit, and was probably prevented from going to the toilets before the take off in the aim to obtain that he left the cockpit after having tried to contain himself, at the end of the fly. I guess what he drunk was calculated and observed. The copilot had to have had suicidal ideation in his past and it was necessary that they appeared in his professional data. This gives two profiles used very quickly, and explains the content released by Bild. I guess that the captain has to be in the cockpit for the descent, and his departure may be the real reason of the laconic answers of the copilot. He may have been surprised. Then some substance may have been released and he may have fallen asleap, reason why his breathing was loud enough to be heard, and why he answered to nothing, did not even had words as one who accomplished a murder and a suicide could have had. The ICC has 700 employees, it is a huge institution, if we think to its structure. It is completely perverted, and would a real tribunal be created with normal judges who would be determined to say the law, not a single one of the ICC would stay free for their actions were conceived as help for theft. I know I am sincere, never played to be one I am not, but the harassment is such that after all these years, it has been possible for me to doubt so much that I deleted blogs which concerned also other ones than I. I observe huge changes concerning Bill Gates-s situation. While he faced repeated death threats during months, it seems that he is now safe in Paris, determined to dissolve the BMGF, and to run again Microsoft, what indicates that trials will occur. One which could and should occur is the one of the ICC. I sent Fatou Bensouda an email February 28, 2013, copied Bill Gates, asking her to be helped by him. She never replied. The last mail I received from the ICC concerning my request was September 9, 2013. Since that date, no news. The fact is I indicated her that the perpetrators of the harassment were the Rothschilds, and due to the position of Bill Gates, either he denied, or she should have contacted him. What I denounced was dangerous. I ask since October 2015 the hearings of Bill Gates and Jim McNerney, due to the danger we face with this habit to crash planes, and the fact is Microsoft softwares are used. Since December 2, I write again on a mediapart blog which can appear in news, and Bill Gates pays to have my notes present googling his name, but also MH370, Germanwings, Laurent Gbagbo, Charles Ble Goude and other ones. I perceive this as a clear involvement towards justice, and wish more and more people will follow this path to oppose the abuses we face in all the social classes. My situation has nothing to do with the one of Bill Gates, we are both harassed for more than 25 years. In fact, a link exists, which explains why, but the fact is no protection exists in his situation, no protection exists in my situation. It supposes that a network is active at a higher level than his one, and that the medias present us frauds in their articles presenting him as the wealthiest one on earth. context of Davos. Until this moment, he was severely threatened, and I was warned on a regular basis. He went under pressure to Liverpool, but it seems that he now can consider himself freed from the BMGF. I also asked his hearing in relation with Monsanto and the BMGF, as it appeared that they were both active in the depopulation plan. The notes in which I evoked it appeared, as well in his news, as in Monsanto and BMGF ones. Furthermore, I use to send both my notes and printed PDF of Google searches and, since quite a time, I was suggested to add the ICC to my receivers, which means that they received mails on the subject. They did not react, while my complaint is still opened, and it is obviously in this context that all my deeds have to be considered. I do believe that depopulation refers to crimes against humanity. These facts confirm that an agenda is active and concerns the whole world, is supposed to lead this planet to a worldwide dictatorship, the ICC being one of the tools used in this aim. As soon as Laurent Gbagbo, who is, since years, appreciated, can be jailed for years, other african leaders can only care before opposing to the abuses they routinely face. Once working in the ICC, it is impossible to ignore that the rule is to refuse each single rule which could be opposed to the mafia active. The law is its law. It has nothing to do with the goal to maintain peace on earth, but refers to the determination to maintain the possibility to perpetrate huge scale crimes. As such, a day or another, Fatou Bensouda shall face judges for the violences which occurred in Ivory Coast once she accepted to jail Laurent Gbagbo. To refuse to verify the elections was clear enough to consider she is aware of what she does since day one. I noticed a huge reaction each time I focused on the situation of Laurent Gbagbo and Charles Ble Goude, what permits me to think that this trial should be cancelled. It shall face active opposition from a higher level in the weeks to come, and the notes I wrote on its necessary cancellation appeared immediately in news, what is a clear message sent by Bill Gates. I have, to date, no direct contact with him, who has many actions to engage in, due to his departure from the BMGF, but every one can verify. My notes in his news and in the ones of Laurent Gbagbo and Charles Ble Goude prove his determination. If it was not cancelled, it would be stopped in a short time, what would equal a complete exposition of the ICC. 700 employees for such a result is despicable, and first, criminal. Shall be condemned. I precise that I perceive my situation as actions I do, but I follow indications. Tonight, for example, the address of the IC3 appeared in the address bar, while I did not think to complete my complaint, what I do immediately if it can help. It was suggested, so it is a complement which has, as all my complaints, to be considered as done by both Bill Gates and I, with the precision that it has my own limits. I only receive signs. They are confirmed publicly as soon as it is possible. No doubt exists on his involvement.
