Support After sales service is at the heart of the organisation as is best illustrated through a high level of customer retention and recommended business. Many of the Company’s larger clients have used Horizon since inception due to the Company offering the highest standards of service, choice and value. To continue this support, Horizon has set up repair and service centers in the UK, USA, Canada, Nigeria, S. Africa and India, travelling and vetting each centre with hands on training by Horizon staff. All products are manufactured in the UK by a full ISO 9002 accredited Contract Electronic Manufacturers

Future advances in technology The future for development within the Digital broadcast industry is healthy, with the advent of new technologies such as DVB-S2 for High-Definition Digital television services and Turbo Coding for “Tooway” internet services, Horizon will be able to enhance its current technologies in DVB-S, DVB-T and DVB-C to keep up with this change of pace. Meters for DVB-T2 and DVB-C2 have been built which will offer high definition services to countries which are new to expanding their communication opportunities Horizon has developed over 15 meters for use in these sectors already and by the end of 2012, we aim to expand our export distribution network.
