DIRECTIONS/SITUATION Buckfastleigh Racecourse is clearly visible from the A38 Devon Expressway just to the west of Buckfastleigh. Turn off at the Buckfastleigh junction and follow the signs for Buckfastleigh/Dean Prior. After approximately half a mile, following back beside the A38 in a westerly direction, turn left under the A38 past Lower Dean and the farm shop on your left hand side continuing up the lane to the Racecourse entrance, which is 200 yards or so up on your right hand side. To the sale signs will be displayed from the A38 at Buckfastleigh on the day of the sale. All parties to adhere to the signs and directions and are requested please not to park on any of the main roads or adjacent lanes and park considerately where indicated.
