DIRECTIONS/SITUATION Buckfastleigh Racecourse is clearly visible to the southern side of the A38 Devon Expressway just to the west of Buckfastleigh. Turn off at the junction signposted Dean Prior just to the west of Buckfastleigh and follow the brown tourist signs to Pennywell Farm Centre 200 yards of the A38 the Sale Field will be found on your right hand side. To the sale signs will be displayed from the A38 at Buckfastleigh on the day of the sale. All parties to adhere to the signs and directions and are requested please not to park on any of the main roads or adjacent lanes and park considerately where indicated. VIEWING Viewing is permitted from 9am on the day of the sale unless prior arrangement has been made strictly through the Auctioneers. VAT The Sale will be split into two separate auctions with non-VAT vendors/items sold separately to the VAT registered vendors/items. Where items are subject to VAT, VAT will be charged at the current rate being 20% on all lots, where applicable.
