The company started in Copenhagen and branches were established in Norway (Kristiansand) in 2004, in Sweden (Stockholm) in 2010 and in Finland (Kotka) in 2012.

Our cluster work Since 1995, 1995 Oxford Research have been involved in the analysis, analysis evaluations, evaluations and development of clusters. clusters However, the founder and president of Oxford Research, Dr. Kim Møller, worked with cluster development as early as in the 1980s, when he formed part of Michael Porter’s global research team that developed the cluster model. Today, Oxford Research has established a dedicated cluster team consisting of internal expertise and partner organisations. The h Speakers S k Dr. Kim Møller, CEO Oxford Group Dr. Kim Møller has worked intensively with cluster development since the 1980s, when he formed part of Michael Porter’s global research team that developed the cluster model. Kim was then director of the Institute for International Economy at Copenhagen Business School In 1995, School. 1995 Kim established Oxford Research and over the years has developed the company into a leading Scandinavian knowledge provider concerning clusters and cluster development. Kim has been involved in most of Oxford Research's larger cluster related project as well as cluster courses. Today, Kim Møller is CEO of Oxford Group and president of Oxford Research. Research Furthermore, Furthermore he is certified trainer and facilitator for Oxford Leadership Academy, where he facilitates strategy development processes for larger companies in Scandinavia and Europe.

Harald Furre, CEO Oxford Research Norway Harald Furre leads the Norwegian part of Oxford Research. He has worked with innovation and industrial development for 20 years – especially with clusters in recent years. Harald has been in charge of several evaluations of cluster programmes and initiatives and has developed specialised cluster evaluation and monitoring systems. Harald was also in charge of Oxford Research’s mapping of cluster policies, programmes and initiatives as a part of the European Cluster Observatory financed by the European Commission. Furthermore, Harald often works with evaluations of research and innovation programmes for both Nordic and international clients such as the EU Commission.

Rune will share with us his experiences in building up the ambitious cluster initiative, the challenges in bringing large and small companies, companies university researchers and 12 different institutions and organisations together, CCC’s success in bringing Copenhagen in the very forefront of the international cleantech scene and their work in sustainingg the cluster initiative after public funds run out…

The h 10 steps cluster l development d l model d l In creating clusters and innovative networks it is crucial to create collaborative successes and tangible results at an early stage. Oxford Research’s cluster development process - Ten steps to cluster dynamics carefully takes you through the cluster development process step by step and introduces you on how to move from a clump of companies and organisations to a competitive cluster with a strong culture of cooperation and innovation. Our cluster courses are based on the 10 step model as well as our experiences and knowledge from our diverse cluster work. In designing the course, we have naturally also listened to the insight and good ideas from the more than 250 participants at our past cluster development courses. The course will be an interactive process where discussion and group work will take point of departure in participants own clusters and cluster initiatives and participants will have the opportunity to work with own cluster strategies and action plans.
