1. Logon Cloud WiFi Customer Portal Log on Cloud WiFi Customer Portal
Visit http://www.wharftt.com/cloudwifi/portal with your web browser.
In some cases, the page may not display properly, please click Advanced.
Proceed to the Customer Portal site by clicking the above link.
Enter your User Name and Password. Click Log On.

Note: Please refer to your Wharf T&T Cloud WiFi Service welcome letter for the logon User Name and Password.

Cloud WiFi Service 2. Change Logon Password
Customer can change their logon password as follows.
Click My Account on the top right-hand corner and click Change Password.
Enter your Old Password
Then enter your New Password.
Re-enter your New Password to confirm.
Note: 1. The password should be a minimum of 8 characters and consist of number, letter and special character (e.g. (, ), @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, !) 2. It is highly recommended that you change your password regularly (for example every 6 months) for security purpose.

Cloud WiFi Service 3. Monitor Wi-Fi Status via Customer Dashboard
After log on the Cloud WiFi Customer Portal, you will be on the Dashboard page.
The AP Zones of the customer are listed in the Dashboard table as follows.
Important Note: If customer’s broadband line is NOT “Always-On” type, e.g. it can be PPPoE or others, it may experience some up-and-down spikes of changes for the broadband connectivity. Therefore, it may display some figures in red color in the Disconnected AP but you should not experience any service interruption
Click # of clients to view the clients who are associated with the connected AP.

Click Configuration and Select AP Zones
On the left hand side, select the AP Zone that you need to configure. E.g. Client A- Room 1

Select the WLAN Group that you need to configure. E.g. User1

Change the name of the SSID
Note: The SSID name can be ranging from 2-32 characters with any numbers, letters or special characters.
If No Password is needed for this SSID Service Group, you can select None in the Encryption Options as follows.
If Password is required for this WLAN Service Group, you can select WPA2 and AES
Input the Passphrase e.g. 12345678 (minimum 8 characters and maximum 64 characters). This will be the Password associated with this SSID.
Note: The Passphrase must be contain 8-64 characters in length with any numbers, letters or special characters.

If this SSID Service Group is intended for private use only and do not broadcast to public, you can configure as follows.
Click to expand the Advanced Options.
Tick Hide SSID in beacon broadcast frames

Cloud WiFi Service 6. Hotspot Service with Landing Page Configuration
For customers offering Guest Wi-Fi access with Landing Page, click Hotspot (WISPr) of the selected AP Zone.
You can change the description of the Hotspot Portal as Guest – Landing Page.
If you do not need to redirect customer original website or URL, please select Redirect to the URL that the user intends to visit as follows.
If you wish to show some promotional messages to your guests before they visit other pages, please select Redirect to the following URL and enter your promotional messages URL.

You can also set access time limit for guests as follows. You can input the Session Timeout (e.g. 60 minutes) and the Grace Period (e.g. 15 minutes).
Session Timeout is the time granted for the Wi-Fi user access, and the Grace Period is the time when the granted time is met and the Wi-Fi user can still access without log in again.
Click OK.
Click WLAN on the Left Hand Side .

Click Report and select Historical Client Statistics. You can set the time period from 4 hours to 3 days.
