Surface Design Marbling Magic Recommended as a special interest lesson. Marbling is a design process in which colors are made to float on a liquid and are manipulated into a creative pattern. The pattern/design is transferred to the surface of cloth by carefully putting the fabric surface to be marbled on top of the water.
