Clearing Your Cache/Cookies Tangled in a never ending ‘loading’ process? Chances are that your browser is caching some older JavaScript. Don’t worry! There’s a solution for you.

Clearing Browser Cache – Mac OS Safari (Version 8.0+) 1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. 2. In the menu that appears, click Preferences. 3. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. 4. Click the button Remove All Website Data. 5. Click ‘Remove Now’ in the pop up window that appears.

Chrome (Version 48.0+) 1. Click Chrome in the upper left hand side of your screen. 2. In the menu that appears, click Clear Browsing Data.

3. Select the range of the time frame you wish to configure.

Select Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site data. Click the button Clear Browsing Data. Confirm the action once the pop up window appears. You can also access clearing your browser data by selecting Preferences and then selecting Under the Hood – as seen on the image below.

Internet Explorer Microsoft has stopped the support for Internet Explorer for Mac on December 31st, 20051. This browser is no longer applicable for use on a Mac.

Firefox (Version 44.0) 1. Select Tools from the ribbon. 2. In the options that appear, click Clear Recent History.

Clearing Browser Cache – Microsoft OS Safari (6.0) Apple has stopped supporting Safari on Microsoft since 2May 2012 so this browser is no longer applicable. Chrome (Version 48.0+) 1. Select the three-bar icon on the top right hand corner of the browser. 2. Click Settings.

3. From the left hand panel of options, select History. 4. Click Clear browsing data.

5. Once the pop up window shows up, select the range you wish to clear and the elements you wish to configure. When all is set, click the Clear browsing data button.

Internet Explorer (Version 11.0) 1. Click the Tools icon (gear-looking icon) on the top right hand corner of the browser. 2. Click Internet Options. 3. Under the browsing history, click the Delete button. 4. Choose which element you wish to delete, and when ready, click the Delete button.

Clearing Browser Cache – iPhone Safari 1. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad. 2. Scroll down and tap on Safari. 3. Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced. 4. Tap on Website Data. ... 5. Scroll to the bottom again and tap on Remove All Website Data. 6. Clearing Browser Cache – BlackBerryi Versions: BlackBerry Desktop Software 5.0 to 6.1 BlackBerry Device Software 4.5 to 5.0 BlackBerry Browser: BlackBerry 6 and 7 To force a request for a fresh web page from the Internet Protocol (IP) proxy, the BlackBerry® Browser cache can be cleared on the BlackBerry® smartphone using either the BlackBerry® Desktop Software or the BlackBerry smartphone. To use the BlackBerry smartphone to clear the BlackBerry Browser cache, complete the following steps: For BlackBerry smartphones running BlackBerry® Device Software 4.5 to 5.0: 1. On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click the Options icon, then select the About option. 2. Check the screen to confirm that the BlackBerry smartphone is running BlackBerry Device Software version 4.5 or later. 3. If the BlackBerry Device Software version is earlier than 4.5, upgrade the BlackBerry Device Software. 4. On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Browser. 5. Press the Menu key, and click Options. 6. Click Cache Operations. 7. Click Clear on the corresponding cache items that are to be removed.
