We offer a liberal returns policy: all items (except Sidelines) originally bought from us and returned to us in saleable condition are eligible for full credit. The following other conditions apply:

— GENERAL GUIDELINES — All returns must include a packing slip— in each box sent—giving your store name, address, listing the quantity of each item, and the reason for the return. Please mark all boxes “RETURNS DEPARTMENT.” Failure to include this information could result in your losing credit if we cannot discover whom to credit. Items purchased at other than 40% will be credited at their corresponding discount. Please remove all store price stickers (you will be charged $.15 per sticker if we must remove them). Items are not creditable unless all evidence of stickers can be removed. Yearly accumulated overstock returns must be returned within 18 months of the invoice date. Returns of more than 5% of your previous 12 month sales will be subject to a restocking fee of 16.66% which is equal to 50% of retail. Any New Leaf errors or PERIODICAL returns credited to you will not count as overstock returns (please be sure to indicate these on your packing slip when they occur). New customers will have a full calendar year of business with us until this returns policy will be applied. All returns over $1,000 wholesale are subject to an additional 5% surcharge over and above any restocking charge. Freight for overstock must be prepaid by you. Should you be making a return because of a New Leaf error, please include that information on your packing slip.
