Banking Details

• To access E-Services, Click on Online Transacting on the Home page • Click on “E-Services” • Reminder: to be able to transact, you need to be registered as a CIPC Customer • If not registered, click on the link under On-line transacting to “Register as a Customer” • To transact, pay the relevant money into the CIPC bank account, using your customer code as reference (Banking details displayed under More Links) • Sign in with your customer code and password to transact

To view information on company registration 1. Click on Register your Business on the home page 2. Click on the link for the specific type of company you would like to register to view all requirements on how to register.

To view information on company registration • The information on how to register a company will be explained step by step

To view information on company registration (cont.) • If the process is available electronically, the link to the eservices will be provided • If the process is manual (e.g. for registering a public company or private company with a customised Memorandum of Incorporation (MoI), the links to the relevant forms will be provided. • Download the forms, complete and email together with required supporting documents as indicated on the website, to CIPC, using the indicated e-mail address.
