CHRISTMAS SONG LYRICS 2015 JINGLE BELL ROCK Jingle-bell, jingle-bell, jingle-bell rock, Jingle-bell swing and jingle-bell ring. Snowin’ and blowin’ up bushels of fun, Now the jingle hop has begun. Jingle-bell, jingle-bell, jingle-bell rock, Jingle-bells chime in jingle-bell time. Dancin’ and prancin’ in Jingle-bell Square, In the frosty air. What a bright time, it’s the right time To rock the night away. Jingle-bell time is a swell time To go glidin’ in a one horse sleigh. Giddy-up, jingle horse, pick up your feet, Jingle around the clock, Mix and mingle in a jinglin’ beat, That’s the jingle-bell, that’s the jingle-bell, That’s the jingle-bell rock! WHEN CHRISTMAS COMES TO TOWN (POLAR EXPRESS) I'm wishing on a star, and trying to believe That even though it's far, he'll find me Christmas Eve I guess that Santa's busy, cause he's never come around I think of him, when Christmas Comes to Town The best time of the year, when everyone comes home With all this Christmas cheer, it's hard to be alone Putting up the Christmas tree, with friends who come around It's so much fun, when Christmas Comes to Town Presents for the children - Wrapped in red and green All the things I've heard about - But never really seen No one will be sleeping on - The night of Christmas Eve Hoping Santa's on his way When Santa's sleigh bells ring, I listen all around The herald angels sing, I never hear a sound When all the dreams of children, once lost will all be found That's all I want, when Christmas Comes to Town (slower) That's all I want, when Comes to Town 1

ROCKING AROUND THE CHRISTMAS TREE Rockin’ around the Christmas tree, at the Christmas party hop. Mistletoe hung where you can see, ev’ry couple tries to stop. Rockin’ around the Christmas tree, let the Christmas spirit ring. Later we’ll have some pumpkin pie, and we’ll do some carolling. You will get a sentimental feeling when you hear Voices singing ‘let’s be jolly, deck the halls with boughs of holly!’ Rockin’ around the Christmas tree, have a happy holiday. Ev’ryone dancing merrily, in the new old fashion’d way. (Repeat from the beginning)

SOMEWHERE IN MY MEMORY (FROM HOME ALONE 2) Candles in the window, shadows painting the ceiling, Gazing at the fire glow, feeling that gingerbread feeling. Precious moments, special people, happy faces, I can see. Somewhere in my mem'ry, Christmas joys all around me, Living in my mem'ry, all of the music, All of the magic, all of the fam'ly home here with me X2 (...with me...with me...in my memory)

I WISH IT COULD BE CHRISTMAS EVERYDAY When the snowman brings the snow - Oh, well he just might like to know He's put a great big smile on somebody's face If you jump into your bed - Quickly cover up your head Don't you lock the doors, you know that sweet Santa Claus is on the way Oh well, I wish it could be Christmas everyday When the kids start singing and the band begins to play Oh, I wish it could be Christmas everyday So let the bells ring out for Christmas When you're skating in the park - if the storm cloud paints it dark Then your rosy cheeks gonna light my merry way Now the frosticals appeared - and they've frozen up my beard So we'll lie by the fire, ‘till the sleep simply melts them all away

Oh well, I wish it could be Christmas everyday When the kids start singing and the band begins to play Oh, I wish it could be Christmas everyday So let the bells ring out for Christmas INSTRUMENTAL BREAK When the snowman brings the snow, oh, well he just might like to know He's put a great big smile on somebody's face So if Santa brings the sleigh - all along the Milky Way I'll sign my name on the rooftops in the snow, then he may decide to stay Oh well, I wish it could be Christmas everyday When the kids start singing and the band begins to play Oh, I wish it could be Christmas everyday So let the bells ring out for Christmas Oh well, I wish it could be Christmas everyday When the kids start singing and the band begins to play Oh, I wish it could be Christmas everyday So let the bells ring out for Christmas (slowly) Why don't you give your love for Christmas?

SILENT NIGHT Silent night, Holy night All is calm, all is bright Round yon virgin, mother and child Holy infant, tender and mild Sleep in heavenly peace, Sleep in heavenly peace.

RUDOLPH THE RED NOSE REINDEER You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen, Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen, But do you recall the most famous reindeer of all? Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, had a very shiny nose, And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows. All of the other reindeer, used to laugh and call him names. They never let poor Rudolph, join in any reindeer games. Then one foggy Christmas eve, Santa came to say: ‘Rudolph with your nose so bright, won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?’ Then how the reindeer loved him, as they shouted out with glee, ‘Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, you’ll go down in history!’ Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer (reindeer) - Had a very shiny nose, And if you ever saw it (saw it) - You would even say it glows. All of the other reindeer (reindeer) - Used to laugh and call him names, They never let poor Rudolph, join in any reindeer games. Then one foggy Christmas eve, Santa came to say: ‘Rudolph with your nose so bright, won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?’ Then how the reindeer loved him (loved him) As they shouted out with glee: (yippee!) ‘Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, (reindeer) (SLOWLY) You’ll go down in history!’ (yippee!)

JINGLE BELLS Dashing through the snow, in a one horse open sleigh Over the fields we go, laughing all the way. Bells on bob tail ring, making spirits bright What fun it is to ride and sing, a sleighing song tonight. Oh jingle bells jingle bells, jingle all the way! Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh, Hey! Jingle bells jingle bells, Jingle all the way! Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh

WALKING IN THE AIR (FROM THE SNOWMAN) 1. 2.

We're walking in the air, we're floating in the moonlit sky The people far below are sleeping as we fly I'm holding very tight, I'm riding in the midnight blue I'm finding I can fly so high above with you

PIANO 3. 4. 5.

Far across the world, the villages go by like trees the rivers and the hills, the forest and the streams Children gaze, open mouth, taken by surprise Nobody down below believes their eyes We're surfing in the air, we're swimming in the frozen sky We're drifting over icy mountains floating by

PIANO 6. 7.

Suddenly swooping low on an ocean deep Arousing of a mighty monster from its sleep We're walking in the air, we're floating in the midnight sky And everyone who sees us greets us as we fly (slower) And everyone who sees us greets us as we fly

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN You better watch out, you better not cry Better not pout, I'm telling you why Santa Claus is coming to town He's making a list, and checking it twice; He's gonna find out who's naughty or nice Santa Claus is coming to town He sees you when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake He knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake! You better watch out! You better not cry You better not pout, I'm telling you why Santa Claus is coming to town He sees you when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake He knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake! You better watch out! You better not cry You better not pout, I'm telling you why Santa Claus is coming to town 5

WINTER WONDERLAND Over the ground lies a mantle of white, A heaven of diamonds shine down thro’ the night, Two hearts are thrillin’ in spite of the chill in the weather. Love knows no season, love knows no clime, Romance can blossom any old time, Here in the open, we’re walkin’ and hopin’ together! Sleigh bells ring, are you list’nin’? In the lane snow is glist’nin’, A beautiful sight, we’re happy tonight, walkin’ in a winter wonderland! Gone away is the bluebird, here to stay is a new bird, He sings a love song as we go along, walkin’ in a winter wonderland! In the meadow we can build a snowman, then pretend that he is Parson Brown, He’ll say ‘Are you married?’ We’ll say ‘No, man! But you can do the job when you’re in town!' Later on we’ll conspire, as we dream by the fire To face unafraid the plans that we made, Walkin’ in a winter wonderland!

WHAT CHRISTMAS MEANS TO ME Ba ba ba ba ba, Oh yeah! Candles burning low, lots of mistletoe Lots of snow and ice, everywhere we go Choirs singing carols, right outside my door All these things and more - (All these things and more) That's what Christmas means to me my love - (That's what Christmas means to me my love) Oh yeah! I see your smiling face, like I never seen before Even though I love you madly, it seems I love you more And little cards you give me, will touch my heart for sure All these things and more - (All these things and more) That's what Christmas means to me, my love - (That's what Christmas means to me, my love) I feel like running wild As anxious as a little child Greet you ‘neath the mistletoe Kiss you once and then some more I wish you a Merry Christmas, baby (I Wish you a Merry Christmas, baby) And such happiness for the comin' year (And such happiness for the comin' year) Let's deck the halls with holly, sing sweet silent night Fill the tree with angel hair, and pretty, pretty lights Go to sleep and wake up, just before daylight All these things and more - (All these things and more) That's what Christmas means to me, my love - (That's what Christmas means to me, my love) All these things and more - (All these things and more) That's what Christmas means to me, my love - (That's what Christmas means to me, my love…) means to me – (Ba ba ba ba ba), means to me - (Ba ba ba ba ba) That's what Christmas means… Christmas means to me
