Terms and Conditions

Whatever your requirements are, our dedicated team will be on hand to make your event a memorable one!

Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A £15.00 per person deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking (one cheque is appreciated, i.e. no individual cheques from all attendees)

Full payment for all functions is required before 10th November 2016

All bookings are subject to availability

Dinner meal times – 7.30pm arrival, dinner served at 8pm. DJ from 8pm-12 midnight

The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible. We will not accept individual table plans

If pre-ordered wine is out of stock, we will replace it with a wine that is of a similar or better quality

We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time, but where possible will offer alternative dates if necessary

Under NO circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable except in the event of the previous point above, whereby the hotel cancels the booking
