We require pre orders for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve by Monday 30th November 2016. For all festive bookings a £10.00 non–refundable deposit per person is required within 14 days of making the provisional booking. For exclusive parties a 25% deposit is required; if payment is not received within 14 days of the booking we reserve the right to release the booking. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and cannot be used to pay for any other goods or services. Party organizers are instructed to inform everyone in their party of this policy. Functions and accommodation are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received in full and confirmed by the Wild Boar Hotel. Suitable standards of dress must be maintained. The hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable noise levels and guest behaviour. In the event of failure to comply with the standards set, management will either stop the event or ask the person involved to leave, without being liable for any refund or compensation. No wines, beers, spirits or foods may be brought into the hotel for consumption on the premises. Please indicate all dietary requirements at the time of booking.
