Please telephone the hotel on 01422 379 311 to check availability for your chosen dates and to make a provisional reservation. To confirm your booking, the hotel requires a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of £10.00 per person (or the full cost of the event if the cost is less than £10.00). Please make cheques payable to the Old Golf House Hotel. For all packages, parties & events, full payment of the balance is required at least 14 days prior to the event. Final numbers plus pre-orders for food and wines are required at least 14 days prior to the event. For large parties we will endeavour to seat all guests together, however this cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on numbers and floor plan.

All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 7 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit. For all accommodation bookings, card details will be taken on booking to guarantee the room. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the full amount of the stay will be charged to the card details provided. The hotel reserves the right to charge the card details provided for the total of the stay prior to arrival. Parties & Events: any bookings not paid in full by 14 days prior to the event will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be retained by the hotel. No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending. Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks, entertainment or overnight accommodation for other members of the party.
