GOLDEN SANDS BAPTIST ASSEMBLY RULES FOR RESIDENTS 1.

Any broken or damaged property must be reported to the Manager immediately, and he/she shall make an appropriate replacement. Furniture shall not be relocated without the Manager’s permission.

2.

Residents are expected to uphold the Christian faith and maintain sound moral conduct within the premises at all times. Smoking, gambling, profanity, immorality and consumption of alcohol are strictly forbidden.

3.

All lights, taps, fans, air-conditioners must be switched of when not in use. All activities (organized or otherwise) in the center to stop by 11.00 p.m.

4.

Quiet is to be observed after 12.00 midnight.

5.

Residents are required to bring their own personal effects.

6.

Residents are permitted to use the iron at the laundry room located at the ground floor of the three stories block. Ironing in rooms is strictly prohibited.

7.

No food or drinks (except water) should be taken into the rooms.

8.

The Management is not liable for any accident within the premises.

9.

In view of the floor structure in Hall 1, jumping is prohibited. The Management will not be held responsible should there be any accidents.

10.

Sport equipments are available at request from the office. Users are liable for the cost of replacement in the event of loss or damage to such equipments. Provision is limited to nets for volley ball, badminton and basketball.

11.

No plucking of flowers, plants or fruits from the centre’s compound.

12.

No pets are allowed in the rooms. Residents at Golden Sands Baptist Assembly are expected to observe the presence of neighbourhood with respect.

13.

No candles to be used in the rooms or Meeting Halls.

14.

Only thumb tacks to be used on the notice boards. Tape or glue of any kind should not be used. Stick no bills on the walls and doors.

15.

DINING REGULATION

1.

The authorized cook will undertake all food preparations. No cooking or outside food is allowed within the premises.

2.

Should there be a change in the number of participants other than that stated in the reservation form, the cook must be notified one week in advance before the start of the camp.

3.

Requests for special preparations are accepted if notice is given to the cook 24 hours in advance. Supplementary food and desserts can be obtained from the cook at additional cost when available.

4.

Canteen to be used for meals only. Meetings, discussion groups or any other activities cannot be held at the canteen without consent given by the Management.

5.

No cutlery or food/hot drinks is to be taken out of the dining area.

6.

Menus and time for each meal must be sent to the caterer 2 week before the start of the camp.
