ABSTRACT Aspirin is a widley used drug as antipyretic,analgesic and anti inflammatory .It is given in large doses to patients suffering from arthritics and its also used in low dose as anticoagulant for prevention cardiac thrombosis. This study aimed at investigating the effects of asirin in gonadotrophins and testosterone levels .. The study involved two experiment the first aims at choice the effective dose of aspirin in which three doses were tested by injecting the drug daily for two weeks ,Results showed that ( 150 mg/Kg ) is the effective dose . The second experiment aims at investigating . The effect of effective dose and lower dose (50 mg / kg ) , In which Fifteen of male mice divided into three groups. The first was injected 50mg/Kg of aspirin ,The second group was injected (150 mg / kg ) of aspirin while third group considered as contol group . In the end of experimet the blood samples were collected to measures the concenterations of FSH, LH and testosterone in serum by using radio immuno assay .
