ICDL – the international standard in digital skills The contents of ICDL tests are developed by ECDL Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation based in Dublin. This foundation ensures compliance with the international standard as well as the development and revision of the modules. With ICDL you are always up to date.
Local certification ECDL Switzerland AG is responsible for implementing and coordinating the ICDL programme in Switzerland and Liechten stein.
