Celebration of Life Guide

Celebration of Life Guide When you pass away your family and friends will want to celebrate your life and the great experiences you all shared together. Out of respect for you they will want to celebrate exactly the way you would want it to be. This booklet will allow you to provide your family with a detailed account of your life in order that they can celebrate your life at a memorial service and into the future. The guide includes information about your life story, memories you want to share, experiences you want your family and friends to remember, and details about your funeral. It also includes a few “technical” items that will have to be taken care of at the time of death. Once you have completed the Celebration of Life Guide, keep it in a safe place in which your family will be able to find it easily when needed. If you choose, you can provide American Century Life with a copy which will be placed with your policy file and will be sent to your family at the appropriate time.
