"Celebration at Sea" Greetings Jim Martin Family: We hope and pray that all is well with everyone. As you know, the Jim Martin Family Reunion 2012 is fast approaching. The excitement grows each day that we get closer to our Celebration. We want each of you to get on board for the first ever Family Reunion Cruise. At the last reunion in New York, we decided to take the pressure off our family members by booking a cruise. Enclosed are the following documents pertaining to the Reunion: the Itinerary, Registration Form, Reunion T-Shirt Order Form, and Important Cruise Information. Please take the time to closely review these documents as they contain important information. The reunion cruise aboard the Carnival Elation will set sail Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. until Monday, July 23, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. Please be mindful of upcoming deadlines, deposits and dates, including the upcoming January 13, 2012 deadline to make your first deposit for the cruise. Please complete the enclosed Registration Form if you plan on attending and return it to me no later than October 31. 2011. If I have not received your registration form by October 31st, you will not receive any future mailings as we are trying to defray costs. Any future mailings will only be sent to persons attending the family reunion cruise. My home address is on the Registration Form as well as at the end of this letter. When traveling with a minor and
both parents/legal guardians are not cruising, please bring an original notarized letter from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you.
