To ensure the availability of your menu items, your menu selections must be submitted to the Catering Office a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to your event. Split entree selection (maximum of two entrees) is available. The numbers of each entree selected must be provided with your final guaranteed number of persons. Split entrée selections will be charged at the higher entrée price. It is strongly suggested that larger groups selecting split entrees utilize place cards indicating individual guest entree selection. Menu Pricing All menu prices listed in this packet are subject to additional charges – NYS Sales Tax (8%) and Service Charge (18%). A portion of the service charge is taxable per New York State Department of Taxation & Finance. Banquet Menus and Contracts will be priced with the Banquet Menu Pricing in effect at the time we are provided with Menu details. All printed Catering and Banquet Menus prices are subject to change without notice. Banquet Menu pricing will not be changed once a contract has been signed.
