CHRISTMAS EVE December 24, 2015 CHRISTMAS EVE IN BLEUWATER Join us in Bleuwater for an elegant, holidayinspired four-course menu with a choice of dishes, served outside on the terrace with view of Great Bay and St. John, or inside amongst the island décor. 6 p.m.-10 p.m.; $125 per guest
MENU À LA CARTE OPTIONS For a lighter Christmas Eve alternative, Essenza and Coconut Cove will be serving an à la carte dinner. Enjoy rustic Italian food in Essenza, or Caribbean cuisine al fresco in Coconut Cove. Both restaurants will have a kids’ buffet to delight our youngest guests. Coconut Cove is open 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Essenza is open 6 p.m.-12 a.m.

CHRISTMAS DAY December 25, 2015 A MERRY HOLIDAY BUFFET An island-inspired Christmas meal will be served in Bleuwater, including a holiday buffet with comforting seasonal favorites such as roast turkey with stuffing, a seafood station, a large assortment of domestic and international cheeses and other live culinary stations. Traditional holiday sweets and innovative dessert treats from the pastry chef will be the perfect compliment to the meal. 5 p.m.-10 p.m.; $125 for adults; half price for children 6-12; complimentary for children 5 and under.
MENU A COCONUT COVE CHRISTMAS Savor an alfresco island Christmas in Coconut Cove. A less traditional and more local take on the holiday, the buffet will be brimming with island favorites, including jerk spiced pork, fresh local catch, Jamaican curry and other authentic delicacies. A steel drum player will add to the Caribbean atmosphere. 6 p.m.-9 p.m.; $65 (half price for children 12 and under)
