Solving the Industry’s Problems 1.

The Putter Head There has been no significant technical development in putter head design in 60 years. Typical putter head are not much more than fancy ‘hammer heads’ that are; by design, incapable of telegraphing any ‘feel’ of the ball to the user. This common ‘dead-head’ design is the first stage of separating the user from the ball thereby diminishing the ‘feel’ of the impact – a crucial element of successful putting. The Putter Loft All putters on the market today have a singular loft that usually range in vertical angle from 0° to as high as 10°. The average being in the 3° to 5° range. This limits a putter to a one-trick-pony forcing the user to use the singular loft regardless of ‘green conditions. The Putter Hosel On a typical putter, the hosel is a branch or extension of the putter head that in normal use has no function other than connecting the putter head to the common stainless steel shaft. This connection is usually done with an epoxy which is a further separation of feel.

The Solution: Harmonix Golf

Market Size

Golf is a global industry. There are more than eighty million golfers worldwide who spend nearly $9 Billion dollars annually on clubs - 33% spent on putters alone

Competitive Advantages • The Head Tuning Fork design Putter Head (patent pending)-The ‘tuning fork’ design in itself is unusual in appearance and the scientific benefits of sound, vibration, balance conspire to create the highly prized ability to launch a golf ball with Zero Backspin and Immediate Roll. Truly a one-of-a-kind design. The audible tone caused by striking the ball provides the user with instant audio feedback developing the users muscle memory training for impact control. This unique feature of the Harmonix Live-Head Putter is not available on any other putter.

• The Loft Dual-Loft Putter Head (patent pending) -Harmonix Golf addresses this problem with the introduction of its Patent Pending 3°/5° Dual-Loft design. This design allows the user to naturally use the appropriate loft based on the condition of the green. Wet or Dry, Fast or Slow, the exclusive Dual-Loft design even allows controlled use from ‘the fringe’ where extra lift is required. This unique feature of the Harmonix Live-Head Putter is not available on any other putter. • The Hosel Cold Formed, ‘work hardened’ compound curve Hosel.(patent pending)-The Harmonix ‘Hosel’ is completely unique. It is first ‘CNC lathed’ from a solid brass rod then ‘work hardened’ by simultaneous cold formed compound bends. Its flowing design is not only beautiful, the unique squared end is securely torqued into the round hole of the head making a totally unique ‘four point’ connection that minimizes contact with the head therefore allowing the ‘Live-Head’ to retain 90% of the vibration and allowing 10% of the vibration to transmit up the shaft to the users hands. This unique feature of the Harmonix Live-Head Putter is not available on any other putter and conforms to USGA specifications for Putter design.

Competitive Advantages cont.. • The Shaft Triple Laminated, Titanium reinforced exotic hardwood shaft-The triple-laminated hardwood shaft is crafted in much the same way a Luthier fashions the neck of a fine stringed instrument. Only exotic hardwoods that meet the requirements of beauty in color and grain combined with flexibility and a specific hardness based on the Janka Scale are used. A pure Titanium ‘truss rod’ is inserted through the center of the hardwood shaft, end-to-end, to mechanically fasten the ‘Hosel' to the shaft. This assembly has the effect of unifying the Head, Hosel and Shaft into one synergistic instrument. This unique feature of the Harmonix Live-Head Putter is not available on any other putter. • The 'U' Grip The exclusive all-hardwood Harmonix, Uniform ‘U’ Grip -The human hand is made up of numerous straight bones. There are no curved bones. We at Harmonix Golf have responded with our own version of a ‘fat grip’ in a more natural way. As the human hand changes shape as required to grip a larger object. A large round grip is not natural. We designed our ‘U’ Grip. This design fits the natural form of the human hand and accommodates the curled position of the fingers to wrap around the curved portion of the U shape thus minimizing any possibility of the shaft twisting in the users hands. This unique feature of the Harmonix Live-Head Putter is not available on any other putter. • The 'Diamond' Grip The exclusive ‘all-hardwood Harmonix, Uniform ‘Diamond’ Grip- In keeping with the philosophy that a large round grip is not natural, we designed our ‘Diamond’ Grip for those that prefer an even larger grip. The 'Diamond' design fits the ‘life line’ of the human hand and naturally accommodates the straight bones of the fingers to grip the flat areas of the diamond shape minimizing any possibility of the shaft twisting in the users hands. This unique feature of the Harmonix Live-Head Putter is not available on any other putter. The design of both the 'U' and 'Diamond grips allow the smaller muscles in the hands and wrists to relax and allow the larger muscles to create a comfortable confident grip and much greater control.

Main Competitors Ping, Callaway, Titleist, Bettinardi are among the best known brands of Putter manufacturers. All are sold globally with a popular common style being the 'Blade' putter design first introduced by Ping in 1959. Other designs by these companies tend to go in the opposite direction most being similar in appearance to some futuristic star ship. The Harmonix Live~Head Putter is different in every way and stands alone in a category of its own solving the typical problems inherent in a basic design that has changed very little in nearly sixty years.

Marketing Strategy Product Strategy • Objective of 0.035% of the $3B annual putter market. • Face-balanced putter that launches the ball with zero back spin and immediate roll.

• Vibration of the Live-Head maintains its face-balance into the follow-through. • Vibration up the laminated hardwood shaft delivering an enhanced sense of touch. • Soft tone upon impact delivers immediate audible feedback. • Pendulum weighting aids in a smooth follow-through. • All wood grip is warm and natural to the touch and ergonomically shaped.
