CATERING SERVICE GUIDELINES 1)

E-mail requests for service to [email protected]  2 Weeks notice is preferred for all requests.  Catering requests without 2 weeks notice will be scheduled if possible on a “first come first served” basis.  If we are unable to provide service for your meeting or event we will assist with selection of a caterer from our “preferred caterers list”.

2)

Final count for service is due 2 weekdays prior to service. Charges will be based on final count.

3)

Food and/or beverages will be delivered as schedule allows. If we are unable to deliver, a pick up in the Food & Nutrition office can be arranged.

4)

If you are picking up an order that includes any utensils and/or hardware, these are to be returned to the Food & Nutrition office to avoid a charge.
