Lakeside Wedding Ceremony Our lakeside patio may be reserved for your ceremony. This includes white folding chairs, an arbor decorated with fresh flowers and Canandaigua Lake as your backdrop. $1,000

*Please be aware that our ceremony location is exclusively outside and Nolan’s at the Canandaigua Country Club does not provide a refund for inclement weather. The couple may utilize outside tent rentals in case of unpleasant weather.

Deposits, Payment and Cancellation • To secure your event at the Canandaigua Country Club you must be a member or be sponsored by a member. Social Memberships start at $265, for more information regarding memberships visit www.canandaiguacc.com. • A Food and Beverage minimum guarantee of $5000 before tax and gratuity is required for banquets to be held on Saturday nights from June -September. • The Canandaigua Country Club charges a facility fee of $10.00 per person for private events. This fee is not taxable. • A non-refundable $500 deposit is due to secure the time and date of your event. We accept cash, cashier’s check, money order and all major credit cards. • 3 months prior to your event a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due. Regardless of deposit and final payment tender, a valid credit card must be on file for all events. • A tentative count is due 10 days prior to the event, with a confirmed final count and payment in full due 3 days prior. In the event of a guest increase after the final count the additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file. • All pricing and fees are subject to change up until January 1st of your event year.

• All decorations must be discussed with the event coordinator prior to each event. All decorations, equipment, displays, musicians / entertainers must enter the venue between the hours of 11:00 AM- 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Nothing may be attached to the walls and/or ceilings without permission from the Catering Manager. Glitter, confetti (of any kind), rice and bird seed are not permitted on the premises. Open-flame candle arrangements must be held in a glass globe and approved before your event by the Catering Manager. • All decorations must be taken down by 7:00 AM the following day. Any decorations left for catering staff to take care of will be subject to a $300 clean-up fee. • Lawn games are not permitted on the premises. • Nolan’s and/or the Canandaigua Country Club are not responsible for any rental equipment or personal property at any time prior to, during, or after your event. • Management reserves the right to limit the volume of your entertainment to an acceptable level. According to the Town of Canandaigua noise ordinance, all entertainment must end no later than 11:00 PM. Your reception must conclude by midnight.

Beverage Service

• All alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by New York State. As a licensee, Nolan’s is responsible for administering these regulations and reserves the right to end any disruptive behavior. No one under the legal age of 21 will be served alcohol. • All alcohol consumed must be purchased from Nolan’s at the Canandaigua Country Club. Our bar packages do not include shots.

Administrative Fees and Tax • A service charge of 20% applies to all food and beverage provided by our facility. Service charges include gratuity for wait staff (10%) and administrative costs (10%). NYS law requires that these fees are subject to NYS sales tax. • New York State sales tax, 7.5% in Ontario County, applies to all food, beverage, decorations and services provided by our catering department.

Liability • Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverages to be served on the CCC property must be supplied and prepared by Nolan’s and may not be removed from club property. The exception to this are desserts brought in from a licensed baker. There is a cake cutting charge of $1.00 per slice which includes disposable plates, disposable silverware and togo containers. The host is responsible for handling leftover desserts. Entertainment and Decorations • Nolan’s is responsible for setting up tables, chairs, and linens according to the agreed upon floor plan.
