GENERAL INFORMATION FOREWORD: This is the 1st collective catalogued sale of Horses and Ponies. After the all-round success of the previous Welsh Pony and Cob sales, with your support we hope that we can continue this through to this collective sale. There is something for everyone in the catalogue for breeders, show potential ponies and horses, to happy hackers. If you have any questions regarding the sale either buyers or sellers please do not hesitate to contact us. DIRECTIONS: (See map printed at the back of this catalogue). Directions from the A55 are clearly signposted please follow the signs marked A51 Nantwich or M6 Birmingham south, travel approximately 9miles to a set of traffic lights then follow signs for A49 Whitchurch, Beeston Castle Pedigree Centre is 1mile from the lights on the right TELEPHONE NUMBER ON SALE DAY: 01829 262100 CONDITIONS OF SALE: The Sale is held subject to the Auction Rules and Conditions of Sale recommended for use at Markets by the Livestock Auctioneers Association of England and Wales, a copy of which is available for inspection in the Office. The auctioneers have the final say over any discrepancy that may be presented at the time of the sale. SETTLEMENT & CLEARANCE OF STOCK: Settlement in Full is due to the Auctioneers immediately at the conclusion of the Sale. No Equine or item may be removed from the Sale Premises without an official ‘Pass or Paid invoice’ obtainable only from the Auctioneers Office. CREDIT and DEBIT CARD FACILITIES are available at this Sale. Please note there is a 2% charge plus VAT on ALL Credit Cards. NO Cheques will be accepted. AGENCY BIDDING: Customers are reminded that if they are bidding as Agents they must produce to the Auctioneers before the Auction Sale a written authority from the person or persons on whose behalf they are bidding. If they do not, the Auctioneers are entitled to treat them as bidding on their own account and will invoice them personally for any purchase made. REFRESHMENTS: Light Refreshments will be available throughout the course of the Sale. VET & TRADING STANDARDS: A Veterinary Surgeon will be in attendance along with a representative’s from Trading Standards.

VIEWING & INSPECTION: Many of the equine can be viewed from 8am on the morning of the sale only. BUYERS PREMIUM: All Equine purchases are subject to 6% (+VAT) WARRANTIES: The * after the animals name denotes that the vendor is warranting the lot to be sound in wind, heart and action and what is announced from the rostrum. PASSPORTS: All equine will be sold with a full passport any disputed passports must be reported before the equine is removed from the sale premises. The purchaser has the right to cancel the sale if the passport is incorrect. (Trading Standards will be contacted to settle any disputes). Please note that foals under 6months old can be sold without a passport or microchip as long as they are sold with their dams. TERMS OF SALE: Alterations and additions may be made to the catalogue and added or removed from the sale. Wright Marshall is not held responsible for any miss descriptions that are printed in this catalogue. The Auctioneers are acting solely on behalf of the vendor. RICS CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION SCHEME: All financial transactions within this market are conducted with the Auctioneers acting as Principal. Sale proceeds are not paid into a client bank account and, consequently, the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme (CMPS) will not apply to protect the vendor. BUYERS: All prospective buyers must register at the Auctioneers office completing a registration document with their full details in exchange for a bidding number. A cash deposit of £50 will be taken that is refundable on either purchase or non purchase. All the horses will be sold as seen at the fall of the hammer with no return (apart from the lots sold warranted). It is a binding contract at the fall of the hammer anyone who breaks this legal contract will be liable for any loss when it is resold. HEALTH & SAFETY: Please be aware that horses are dangerous animals therefore please use common sense when inspecting or viewing the entries. Please ensure that the alleyways are kept clear during the sale. Any persons attending the sale do at their own risk.

Same home for 3 yrs. ridden by owner, daughter and huntsman. Likes his job out hunting, excellent with hounds and whip. Stands at the meet and gates. Good in traffic, farm machinery and animals, hacks out alone. Does need confident rider as he is not a novice ride, will get a little excited when showjumping. He is snaffle mouthed. Has also done local shows, sj, xc, fun rides and ridden on farm. Owner sadly hasn’t got time to keep him in regular work. No vices, lovely stable manners, good with other horses, dentist, shoe, clip, travels in trailer.

Tammy has had a quiet life as previous owner was her breeder. She has bred a stunning warmblood foal. She is good in traffic, snaffle mouthed and done basic schooling. She is vice free. Good with her feet. She has good conformation and feet, no lumps, bumps, or sarcoids. She lives out alone or in mixed heard. Very good doer. Needs more of a one-to one home as she is low mileage for her age, which is the only reason she is at the sale. She loves eating bananas!!

With her beautiful coloured foal born 9/06/16 by Primitive Pedro (son of Primitive Proposal famous eventing lines) Sire is an American paint horse originally from the famous Loulella stud. Foal has been well handled, wormed and corn fed. Good experienced home only. Mare is not in foal for this time, so ready to be covered next year. To be sold together.

Happy to plod along behind another horse. Hacks out alone with competent rider. Very good in heavy traffic. Done fun rides last year. Excellent manners in the stable, easy to handle and tack up. Lovely natured type. A sort hard to find.
