In 1992, CEHI regional project in collaboration with Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada, focused on the management of industrial chemicals. Integration of chemicals management into the curriculum of technical and vocational colleges in the region, (colleges produce persons for the world of work, many of whom are “hands on”, and to use the term, “shop floor” workers )
