Employment Survey Results 2008-2009 Survey Background •
December 2008, May 2009, and August 2009 baccalaureate graduates were surveyed regarding their initial employment following graduation.
•
All baccalaureate graduates were surveyed whether or not they had worked with Career Center staff.
Response Rate •
There were 4237 graduates surveyed.
•
604 of 4237 surveys were returned for an overall response rate of 14%. Respondents could access the survey and submit their responses via a web-based form. Students in Engineering & Computing and Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management were surveyed primarily through senior level classes during the month before graduation. Staff and fiscal resources did not allow for telephone follow up as in previous years.
