We organise fun and enjoyable team building and corporate events around the UK and Internationally for a wide range of corporate, government and private clients. With more than 20 years’ experience we bring the best equipment, smart instructors and well-designed event concepts that are effective, engaging and great fun. We often adapt events to suit a particular theme or organisational objectives where specific business linked results are achieved without sacrificing the fun. We can also provide fully facilitated events linked to the latest in team building theory. We operate an extensive range of outdoor team building experiences. With preparation all seasons can be enjoyed and our outdoor event operation runs throughout the year. Events range from absorbing treasure hunts to delightful family fun days and competitive country sports through to our unique themed events such as The Parmesan Job. Our purpose built equipment calls out to be used from the moment you set eyes on it. Our instructors are hand-picked for their enjoyment of interacting with people and their commitment to instruct. We pursue an intelligent and constructive approach to health and safety taking away unnecessary risk but leaving the enjoyment in place, which is reflected in our unblemished record.

This is our flagship event; a twisting, turning plot based on film classic The Italian Job. An iconic Mini for each team and specialist pyrotechnics all come together in an experience often described as the best event participants have ever experienced. The Parmesan Job is unique and very special.

Inspired by The Crystal Maze, our team building Crystal Challenge event can be used to promote a number of authentic business objectives; for example leadership, communication and planning. The real power of this event is that you want to give the activities a go just for the fun of it.

A day learning the skills of agents at our special top secret Spy School. Evade, capture, deceive and plan your way through a selection of enjoyable challenges and fiendish assignments. Engaging command tasks combine with thrilling shooting and driving challenges to give you the ultimate Spy Experience.

Choose from a selection of activities to create a day of variety and outdoor fun in our Country Sports range. Activities include Laser Clay Shooting, Archery, Segways, Quad Bikes, Falconry and Duck Herding. Your group will be divided into teams to have a go at each activity in a light hearted competition; trained and encouraged by our expert instructors.

charity events

Combining team building with supporting a good cause is rewarding and also very enjoyable. We have existing causes and projects that need completing, or we can find an event just for you. Past projects include improvements at children’s homes, the renovation of a Tiger enclosure at a wildlife park and our Celebrity Apprentice Challenge. 8

roller coaster We are constantly amazed by the complexity of the Roller Coasters that teams build using simple materials such as machine rolled newspaper and cable ties. At the initial briefing teams react with disbelief at the seemingly impossible task ahead, but as they progress and success starts to take form the tempo builds to a noisy and victorious crescendo.

family fun days

Reward your employees by inviting them to bring their families to a Family Fun Day. We provide basic inflatables right through to a full activity field featuring Dodgems and a Ferris Wheel. We will arrange the full day including venue recommendation, marquee hire and catering. Family Fun Days give the ultimate across company feel good lift.

Our inflatable It’s-A-Knockout games are colourful, appealing and utterly exhausting. Take part in a high tempo day of fun and games which, combined with a barbecue and a few drinks, makes for the ultimate Summer team building experience. Games include Human Table Football, Giant Inflatable Hamster Wheels and Inflatable Beach Volleyball.

Treasure Hunts

Our multi-task Treasure Hunts have been 20 years in the making. They are absorbing and a great way to explore any area; city or country. Treasure Hunts are versatile and can be themed or personalised to your company. We can also provide thrilling Treasure Hunts on water in speedboats.

RIB Treasure Hunts

Rigid Inflatable Boats are high speed, exhilarating and very safe. We run amazing Rib events on The Thames or on The Solent (South Coast). From a high speed close formation blast to day long themed Treasure Hunts, we offer total flexibility to provide the ultimate event experience.

Sailing

Sailing is not only a supremely enjoyable leisure activity but it is also the ultimate team building challenge – can your team pull together on a racing yacht under the expert tuition of our experienced and qualified skipper? We have a variety of sizes of yacht available and, for larger groups, we can arrange your very own sailing regatta.

Our motorised events are a fantastic way to enjoy the great outdoors. We have a wide selection of activities including cars, quad bikes, buggies and off road Segways. For the more adventurous we even have Blindfold Driving, a truly unforgettable experience that will leave everyone laughing.

indoor teambuilding At certain times of the year or when your itinerary demands it you may need to hold your event indoors. We have a wide range of activities which give all of the fun and benefits of team building indoors – whether during a conference or as a dedicated activity day. Our indoor team building equipment has been purpose built to provide all of the fun and benefits of our outdoor challenges. Popular choices include chocolate making, film making and our indoor Crystal Challenge which offers a range of team tasks that will engage teams and bring them together in search of the solution. We can recommend the perfect venue for your indoor event or we can operate at a location you have already chosen. Increasingly companies are holding events in their offices at the end of a working day and our indoor events are ideal for this. 14

facilitation When the objective is more than fun our instructors are able to give feedback and debrief to ensure that teams benefit fully from their team building experience. Themes can be linked to current business objectives and issues or we can work with proven team building theories such as Belbin and MBTi to bring new insights to the group.

Dedicated to one of the great geniuses of our time, this day will encourage diverse teams to think and work together on activities designed around Leonardo DaVinci’s thinking and ideas. From the initial themed icebreaker through to the main activity where teams create a masterpiece in mosaic format, this is a fascinating and involving team spectacular. 15

This event is highly engaging and great fun. We bring all of the equipment and ingredients and put your teams in the capable hands of our Chef who will give a cooking demonstration and oversee the teams in their endeavours. This can be a simple cooking experience or a full simulated restaurant launch, or you may choose our themed Chinese Team Wok version.

Our fabulous Chocolate Making team workshop has been a great success in recent years. With a huge selection of ingredients and expert tuition from our skilled Chocolatier your team will be turning out shop quality chocolates in no time. A great team event and more highly competitive than you dare imagine. 17

We have taken a quartet of strong team building events and combined them in a way that encourages collaboration between participating teams. Teams make a film, paint a work of art, build a Rollercoaster and assemble a giant jigsaw. Together We Can is the truest event to the core ethos of team building – working together on one outcome.

All the equipment needed to make a film is provided including; HD camera, editing suite, fancy dress box and an expert to guide each team. The special showing of the films before dinner is the crowning glory of a hard day’s work, with many saying they haven’t laughed as much in years.

You might think that a group of amateurs playing the drums in unison would result in the most appalling cacophony imaginable. The great surprise for participants is that the resulting composition is not only enjoyable but also undeniably tuneful. There is something satisfying about the Drumming experience which leaves groups on a motivational high.

Our casino features real, full size casino tables, genuine ’chips’ and experienced croupiers who will oversee the tables, teach participants how to play and, importantly, encourage them. Our team of actors have extensive experience and our range of scripts suits any audience, from those wanting a purely fun experience to more serious sleuths who are looking for a really challenging plot. Our actors are adept at judging the mood on the night and pitching their performance accordingly.

When it’s time for a celebration, evening events provide a memorable and hugely rewarding experience. Our team of actors deliver Murder Mysteries which delight and intrigue. Our Generation Game Tribute is, quite simply, great fun and few can resist the challenge to become a Millionaire By Midnight in a multi-activity challenge which includes casino tables and horse racing. We provide enticing games that people will want to play delivered by entertaining hosts and smart, approachable staff who take the event to the highest level with their attitude and determination to ensure an excellent experience is had by all.

Our service is fully mobile and we work at venues throughout the UK and Europe. Typically we work in fantastic conference hotels with suitable grounds for the activity you have chosen. There is a comprehensive network of such hotels and we are able to recommend venues based on direct experience. We operate a free venue finding service. Locations are not limited to hotels.
