CALIFORNIA BEACH VOLLEYBALL ASSOCIATION SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE The California Beach Volleyball Association, Inc. (CBVA) is a non-profit California Corporation which has nurtured, sponsored and promoted beach volleyball since 1965. The CBVA is synonymous with beach volleyball and is celebrating its 4th decade of developing and promoting the fast-growing sport of outdoor volleyball at the grass-roots level.
