Steel IBCs

Available in both Carbon and Stainless Steel, Snyder steel IBCs are the perfect bulk handling solution for a variety of applications. Composite IBCs

Corporate Identification: Custom corporate identification markings can be added to any of polyethylene or steel products via molded-in graphics, silk screening, engraving or permanent adhesive stickers.

Sta-Brite™: this Electro-polishing process assures a non-stick, non-stain, and grit-free surface for industries requiring superior product cleanliness. The mirror-like surface allows complete product draw-down enabling fast wash-down for contaminationfree storage. Sta-Brite is not a coating, it is an electro-polishing process that doesn’t leave behind any hidden grinding lines. The patented Sta-Brite finish can be applied to the interior and exterior of stainless steel products.

IBC Spill Containment: Meets 40 CFR 264.175 which satisfies containment regulations. The 100% polyethylene construction offers superior corrosion and chemical resistance. Bottom sump with drain plug makes it easy to drain and clean. Saf-Tainer is portable and lightweight and is compatible with all poly IBCs. An optional top grating makes Saf-tainer compatible with all IBCs, even metal. 8000 lb. load capacity allows stacked discharge arrangements.

Feed systems are typically made up of a stationary larger bottom unit, and an interchangeable upper bin sitting on top. The systems are designed so when the liquid level in the base unit gets low, the top fed bin is drained into it while liquid continues to be drawn from the bottom unit. The the top feed unit is empty, it is replaced by a full container ready to repeat the cycle. Units offer: • Continuous operation system. • Interchangeable IBCs. • Customize with any nearly any size container. • Tanks available in carbon steel, stainless steel, polyethylene caged, or polyethylene. • Quick disconnect couplings at all connections.

Discharge Stations are designed to provide dust-free transfer of dry materials. Options include screw conveyors, vibratory feeders and other accessories that help aid in efficient material transfer.

Mixer Systems: Available on most IBC design types and sizes. Air or electric driven mixer assemblies can be designed to meet exact mixing requirements.

2” Replaceable Bung with Plug enables a damaged thread to be easily replaced without having to replace an entire container.

Dry Material Valves: are available in a variety of configurations and sizes including: slide gates, butterfly valves, sanitary butterfly valves, iris valves, and more. Adapters: are available in steel and plastic configurations to further accommodate connection and closure requirements.

Stainless Steel Valves: are available in many different designs including: standard, AMI flush mounted ball valve, ball valve, and sanitary butterfly valve.

HDPE Polyethylene Screw Caps: are available in multiple configurations with different gaskets and internal closures.

22 5/16” Barrel Openings are ideal for gaining greater access to tank interior and are available in both steel and plastic tanks. Tumbling Equipment can be designed to aid in the blending of different dry materials within steel and plastic bins.

Placard/Document Holder (optional) protects enclosed information from the elements.

At-A-Glance Gauge: Designed for long-life and easy readability the “At-A-Glance” liquid level indicator is available in steel IBCs.
