LP SmartSide Lap Siding® enhances the craftsmanship of the shed and gives the building a higher end look to match your home. These products feature LP’s Treated Engineered Wood Technology with LP’s SmartGuard process for powerful resistance against fungal decay and termites. This option consists of OSB sheathing on the interior with a Lap Siding exterior, as seen in home construction. Housewrap can also be installed between the siding and sheathing for extra protection against the elements -- see page 7 for building options. With its enhanced durability, you can rest assured your shed will provide years of beautiful service.

DuraTemp® siding's natural textured appearance is easy to paint and 100% clear and free of patches and repairs. The surface, which is a tough hardboard face, can withstand exposure to the elements. The strong plywood veneer inner core is made of western softwood veneer and a fully water resistant phenolic resin. Unlike cement and vinyl siding, DuraTemp® is made from real wood, an environmentally friendly and renewable resource. Even with rough treatment, the surface wont split, crack or check. DuraTemp® contains an easy to handle and install plywood core and is stronger than most other siding products.

Old Hickory Buildings, LLC, and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, set backs, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way, over 30 miles subject to a $2/mile (8ft, 9ft & 10ft wide) or $3.50/mile (12ft and 14ft wide) charge one way, and any additional trips may also incur charges to the customer. Free setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3 feet with customer supplied blocks. We can supply blocks for $2.00 each.
