■ IVANHOE RIVER INN (Drive-In Lodge) - PG. 8-9 This is Air Ivanhoe’s seaplane base. The lodge setting offers meals on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Featured is a Housekeeping package. All modern conveniences are available at this drive-in lodge.

■ BOAT-IN RIVER CABINS - PG. 10 Here we offer a boat-in wilderness experience. The three river cabins offer fabulous fishing, cozy cottages and the ability to boat back to the Ivanhoe River Inn for bait, showers, supplies or just another candy bar.

■ NEMEGOSENDA LAKE LODGE (Fly-in Lodge) - PG. 12-13 This is our fly-in lodge on beautiful Nemegosenda Lake. This facility offers 5 VIP cottages. We offer American Plan Meal Packages or Housekeeping Packages.

FLY-IN OUTPOST COTTAGES FLYING FRIDAY - FRIDAY BONAR LAKE: We operate the only 2 cabins on this lake. The lake is 6 miles

long, very picturesque and features consistent Walleye and Northern Pike fishing and great summer Jumbo Perch action. For large parties both cabins would jointly accommodate up to 18 people. ~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 4 (W, N & JP) Bonar offers one of the largest of our cottages with three bedrooms and a large living area. This cabin offers large picture windows, screened-in porch, sandy beaches and abundant wildlife. FLYING TIME: FRIDAY A.M.

BONAR NORTH: Only One Other Cabin On Lake (Bonar South)

BONAR SOUTH: Only One Other Cabin On Lake (Bonar North) ~Deluxe~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 (W, N & JP) This cabin consists of 3 rooms and a large screened porch. The site has a beautiful sand beach and the cabin is only 10 feet from the water. FLYING TIME: FRIDAY A.M.

Kapuskasing Lake: This lake is an 8 mile long lake, with 25 miles of navigable river at the north end of the lake (Nemegosenda River), and offers a wide variety of fish including Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass and Jumbo Perch. The area is accessible by railraod and by air only, and has one other outfitter and some private cottages. The Canadian National Railroad crosses at the north end of the lake. There is abundant wildlife on the lake and river system and this is a great all season fisheries and great for folks that love to boat and fish. KINGFISHER OUTPOST: ~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 2 (W,N,JP & B) Kingfisher Outpost is offered to one party of 2 to 10 persons and has 2 cabins on the property. The two bedroom west cabin is a VIP cabin with a generator, hot & cold running water, and is the only outpost cabin that offers an indoor flush toilet and is the principle cabin for small or large groups. The east cabin is a basic bush cabin with 4 beds and is an additional sleeping cabin for larger groups. FLYING TIME: FRIDAY A.M.

Walleyes in all ranges & some very large Northerns. Rustic one room cabin, picturesque, 2 mile long lake. FLYING TIME: FRIDAY A.M. LINCOLN LAKE: Only Cabin On Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 (W & N) Lincoln is a long, winding lake that will offer big pike and an abundance of supper walleye. This camp has a large screened-in front porch overlooking the scenic lake, as well as a spacious dining room and bedroom. FLYING TIME: FRIDAY A.M. PAUL: Only Cabin On Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W & N) This cottage set on the sandy beach is one of the nicest and prettiest settings in the north. The log camp compliments the fisheries with hiking trails to numerous other lakes where equipment is provided. FLYING TIME: FRIDAY A.M.

SCHEWABIC: Only Two Private Cabins On Lake ~Deluxe~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 4 (W, N, & B) This lake is part of the Chapleau River system, on the border of the Chapleau Game Preserve. Wildlife is abundant along this long narrow lake. Excellent Walleye, Northern Pike and Smallmouth Bass fishing. This cabin has 2 bedrooms and a panoramic view from the large screened porch. FLYING TIME: FRIDAY A.M. SHERLOCK LAKE: Only Cabin On Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W & N) This cabin is situated on a lake with numerous islands and peninsulas for excellent walleye and pike fishing. Sherlock offers a single bedroom, living and dining room, and a spacious front porch. FLY-IN OUTPOST COTTAGES FLYING SATURDAY - SATURDAY ~VIP~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W, N & JP) This 2 mile lake offers plenty of Walleye, Northern Pike and summer Jumbo Perch action. This gorgeous cottage has 2 bedrooms, with a large living and dining area, accompanied by a screened-in porch. A 10-15 minute walk to Oswald Lake provides additional fishing with a boat & motor supplied. There is also a small lake off of Beattie where a canoe is available for additional adventure. ~BUSH~ Accommodates 4 - Minimum 2 (W & N) This lake offers a great Walleye and Northern Pike fisheries, and the parties that spent a week in 2013 were very impressed with the quantities and quality of the fisheries. This cabin is a 1 bedroom, with a main kitchen and a large screened porch, overlooking this beautiful wilderness lake. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M.

SAHLER: Only Cabin on Lake

~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 4 (W, N & JP) We have built one of the nicest remote cottages on Lemoine Lake which offers some excellent fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike and Jumbo Perch. Excellent wildlife area for moose and ducks. We provide equipment on two outlying lakes for your use. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M.

BROMLEY: Only Two Other Private Cabins on the Lake ~VIP~ Accommodates 14 - Minimum 4 (W & N) Bromley Lake has long been considered a classic Northern Pike and Walleye fishery. The lake boasts numerous large Northern Pike, loads of smaller Northerns and an abundance of good eating Walleye. There is a 6-mile-long lake and 20+ miles of river to explore. The 30’ x 40’ vertical log cabin features 3 bedrooms, a loft and a large living area. Bromley Lake has limited access by road. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY P.M.

LITTLE LEMOINE: Only Cabin On Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W & N) Our newest log cabin. This cabin is 16’ x 28’ and includes a screened-in front porch. We will also have a boat and motor on one outlying lake offering Northern Pike fishing. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M. ~Bush~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 (W & N) A nice three bedroom cottage overlooking the shore compliments this lake. The cottage has a screened-in porch. McCONNELL: Only Cabin On Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 4 (W, N & B) A remote lake in the hills, with access to two other lakes where boats and motors are provided. McConnell Lake cabin is on a small island and is a two bedroom cottage with a screened-in porch. A cabin on Melrose Lake is included with this camp. McConnell Lake and one outlying lake offer excellent Walleye and Pike fishing. Melrose offers top notch Northern Pike fishing and Smallmouth Bass. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY P.M.

~Bush~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W & N) A nice 2-room camp set on a small hill overlooking the lake. This is part of the Shawmere River and offers Walleye and Northern Pike fishing to the angler. Plenty of wildlife in the area. Excellent Walleye fishing! FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M.

SHAWMERE: Only Cabin On Lake

BIGGS: Only Cabin on the Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 4 (W & N) Biggs is a rocky, spring fed lake in the hills. The cottage sits on a lovely lake island. Good Walleyes and trophy Northerns are caught frequently. Trails connect Biggs Lake to two remote lakes, and one of the lakes (Spearmint) will offer you an overnight cabin. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M. RIVERSIDE: Nemegosenda River ~Deluxe~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 (W & N) This cabin is 12 miles down stream from Nemegosenda Lake. The closest cabin is 8 miles away. This two bedroom cottage with a screened porch is close to good summer fishing spots near Alcorn and Grassy Lakes. The riverway produces Walleyes and some larger Northerns. FLY-IN OUTPOST COTTAGES FLYING SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RICE LAKE: A very popular Walleye and Northern fishery. The lake is 12 miles long with many islands. We operate 2 of the 3 cabins on Rice Lake. For large parties both cabins would jointly accommodate 18. RICE NORTH: Only Two Other Cabins On Lake Accommodates 8 - Minimum 4 The cabin has 2 rooms and a large screened porch. ~Deluxe~ (W & N)

KATAGI: Only One Other Private Cabin on Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 (W & N) The lake is 6+ mile long and 1/2 mile across. It has around 15 miles of shoreline and offers the angler great Walleye fishing. It has a number of bays and rock face cliffs. This comes highly recommended for parties that are looking for quality Walleye fishing. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, living room and screened-in porch. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY P.M.

~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 6 (W & N) The 36’ x 24’ cottage built in the southern part of the lake offers the angler access to the deeper parts of the lake and less boating to begin your fishing day. A super site set on a large island with plenty of room for larger groups. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY A.M.

~VIP~ (N & B) Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 This cabin is 16’ x 40’ with a 16’ x 16’ screened-in porch. It was revamped in 2003. The cabin is on a three mile lake with excellent Northern Pike in the 2-5 lb. range with 40” fish caught. We provide 3 boats on Forearm Lake and 3 boats on Hardiman Lake which has trophy Pike and Smallmouth Bass. This is the only camp on Forearm. There are no cabins on Hardiman Lake. Hardiman Lake has limited access by road. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY P.M.

RUSH: Only One Other Private Camp On Lake ~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 4 (W,N & B) A beautiful log cabin set on a majestic red pine point offers a sandy beach and a panoramic view of one of the prettiest lakes in Northern Ontario. The lake in the past has offered Northern Pike as its principle fisheries, but with the introduction of Walleye and Smallmouth Bass it has become a true all species fisheries. Plenty of rivers to explore and equipment provided to fish outlying areas. This lake has limited access by road. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY A.M.

~Bush~ Accommodates 4 - Minimum 2 - Available May 18 - July 20, 2014 (W & N) Northpoint Lake is 3-4 miles long and is a primary Northern Pike Lake with Walleye moving in from Rice Lake. Northpoint Lake is accessible to Rice Lake which offers superb walleye and more great areas to explore. (the Northpoint access is through a river channel and depending on the beavers and the water levels, the trip to Rice Lake may involve small portages.) FLYING TIME: SUNDAY P.M.

ATEKEPI: Only Cabin on Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 4 - Minimum 2 - Available July 14 - Sept. 15, 2013 (W & N) The lake is 1 - 2 miles long and 1/4 mile across. It has 3 other lakes with boats & motors and a canoe for excellent Walleye and Northern Pike fishing. The cabin is set on a rocky point with exceptional rock outcrops. A perfect Walleye habitat. (B) BUSH CABINS: Bush cabin amenities as listed in outpost packages. These are our standard outpost cottages. (VIP) VIP CABINS: These Fly-In outposts will offer you hot and cold running water in the kitchen and indoor shower. Toilets are still outhouses. The VIP cabins on Bonar,

Forearm, Kingfisher Main, Kingfisher Outpost, Lemoine, Rice, Beattie, Rush and Bromley also have a generator for electric lights and small appliances. Kingfisher Outpost also has an inside flush toilet. NOTE: These generators should not be used for any equipment needed for medical conditions. Limited generator fuel.

(D) DELUXE CABINS: These outposts will offer you hot and cold running water with a shower. These camps are Bonar South, Riverside, Schewabic, and Rice North. CONSERVATION FISHING: With the Ontario fishing regulations in place and the restrictions on limits and size of fish, the need for Conservation fishing is diminished. We DO ask our customers to release ALL Pike over 34” and ALL Walleye over 25”. These larger fish are the prime breeders for these lakes. 7

IVANHOE RIVER INN DRIVE-INN LODGE IVANHOE RIVER INN: We WELCOME you, our guests, to Ontario’s premier vertical lodge building. The Inn will offer you: Lakeside dining in our fine restaurant or on the log crafted deck, an outfitting store, shower and washroom facilities, and a guest lounge serving beer or wine. The Ivanhoe River Inn is our seaplane base and starting point for all of our vacation packages.

LOG SUITE & COTTAGE DESCRIPTIONS:

COTTAGE LOG SUITES: These log suites are 480 sq. ft. and feature vaulted ceilings, 4 piece bath, 1 bedroom and the main room is a cozy blend of a full kitchen and living room carved from native timbers. The suites offer a front porch for relaxing while you enjoy a northern breeze. There are two private suites in each log cottage. Ideal party size of 2-4 persons. If your party has up to 8 persons take two adjoining cottage log suites.

VIP LOG SUITES: These exclusive suites have an elevated look over Ivanhoe Lake from a log balcony. Each is over 1200 sq. ft., offering two separate bedrooms, a loft for a third sleeping area, vaulted ceiling, 4 piece bath and complete kitchen. Ideal party size is 4 - 8 or family parties of up to 12 persons.

BAY COTTAGE: This private cottage is located 1-1/2 miles from our seaplane base on Ivanhoe Lake and offers to our guests a peaceful, quiet environment. This two story, three bedroom cottage has a panoramic deck overlooking the lake and features a large dock. The cottage is 1400 sq. ft., with 1-1/2 baths, a complete kitchen, thermostatically controlled electric heat and a wood burning stove. Ideal party size is 4-10 or family parties of up to 12 persons.

JUNIPER COTTAGE: This cottage is adjacent to the Ivanhoe River Inn. The cottage is set on a slight rise with a great view of the lake and spreading junipers. This two bedroom cottage with two bathrooms also has a huge living room, full kitchen, electric heat and BBQ. A nearby bungalow will offer you a third bedroom.

HOUSEKEEPING PLAN PACKAGE 5 DAY PKG (PER ADULT) $550 RATES INCLUDE: Suite or cottage, an S-14 Lund boat/15 HP Yamaha motor with all fuel is included for each 2 adults. These prices reflect the use of one cabin for the party size. If requesting *RATES an extra cottage or suite, pricing will be determined by the number of persons per suite/cottage. Parties of 2-3 would stay in one of our cottage log suites, and a party of 4-8 would stay in either a VIP suite, Juniper cottage, or the Bay house. For parties over 8, call for pricing and prices will be determined by the number of boats/motors needed and the number of cottages requested. HOUSEKEEPING PACKAGE INFORMATION: *HOUSEKEEPING 5 day package plan starts Sunday at 2 PM and ends Friday at noon. • To add or subract an extra day, increase or subtract the rate by $80 per day, per person. Maximum Accommodations 6 (W, N & JP) The cottage is eight miles away from the seaplane base and located at the narrows on the Ivanhoe River, which offers you great fishing right off your dock. The cottage is 20’ x 28’ with two bedrooms, mud room and a large living kitchen area. A large yard area overlooks the river. Weekly Cabin Rental: Friday 3pm - Friday 10am weekly rate without boat & motor $750. Party size over 4 persons, add $150 per adult.

Maximum Accommodations 6 (W, N & JP) This cabin located 22 miles from our seaplane base is accessed by water and your departure point is from our seaplane base. An older log cabin set on a point with an excellent view. Very isolated and little traffic this far up the river. Superb spring Walleye and good summer Pike and Perch fishing. Weekly Cabin Rental: Friday 3pm - Friday 10am weekly rate without boat & motor $600. Party size over 3 persons, add $150 per adult.

Maximum Accommodations 8 (W, N & JP) Set beside a lovely brook, this cabin is a popular spot for families. A 20’ x 24’ cottage set 14 miles from the seaplane base. ADVENTURES AT NEMEGOSENDA LAKE LODGE The Theriault Family invites you to experience Nemegosenda Lake Lodge. The Lodge is set in the rugged and remote beauty of the Cambrian Shield in the Arctic watershed. The lake shore is dotted with granite outcrops, protected coves, sandy beaches and over a dozen tributaries feeding into Nemegosenda Lake. The lodge overlooks a small sandy beach in a southwest cove of Nemegosenda Lake. The lodge is adjacent to the whitewater tributary of the Nemegosenda River. Nemegosenda Lake is approximately 8 miles in length, 2 to 3 miles wide with a lake surface area of 4,600+ acres. On the northern end of the lake the Nemegosenda River flows north for a navigable 14 miles. Nemegosenda Lake Lodge will be offering a friendly environment to its clients. Bait, ice, tackle, etc. also available at the Ivanhoe River Inn. Personal checks accepted only for your deposit. Make checks payable to Air Ivanhoe Limited. All payments at our seaplane base must be cash, travelers checks, money orders, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Overweight charges are 75 cents per pound and overloads are flown in at our discretion. On return flights to the seaplane base, the excess food or returnable cans/bottles will be flown out if they can be safely loaded on the aircraft. The check-in office at the Ivanhoe River Inn is open on Friday evening until 9:30 p.m., Saturday morning we open at 6:00 a.m., Tuesday evening until 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday morning we open at 8:00 a.m. Bait will be available and is part of the package at Nemegosenda Lake Lodge for all guests. Weight limit: 100 lbs. of gear per person. Overweight charges 75 cents per pound. (Ex: 100 lbs of extra gear will cost $75 Cdn. plus tax. Cabins all have private inside showers, toilets and hot and cold running water. Propane lights and/or generator lights. Our package includes a boat and motor for each two guests. If you have an odd size party, then you can fish three in a boat or you can choose to rent an additional boat on a daily or weekly basis. Nemegosenda Lake Lodge guests should arrive at Ivanhoe Lake for morning flights to Nemegosenda Lake. On Saturday the flying time into Nemegosenda starts at 7:00 a.m. The majority of the lake is a wilderness area and the provincial government has now made the Nemegosenda River a Provincial Waterway Park. The Park starts at the north end of Nemegosenda Lake and follows the river for approximately 70 miles. On either side of the river the park extends 400’ back from the high water mark on the river’s edge. There is a small amount of activity on this waterway. It is an infrequently used canoe route and there are only four other cabins on this vast body of water. One of the cabins is our newly acquired outpost, Riverside, and Bayview is our new shore lunch area set for our Nemegosenda guests. There are no roads into Nemegosenda Lake or the river.
