4. Method of parking gliders. Gliders will be parked outdoors in a designated part of the airfield. If there is pilot applicated with a wooden structure glider, the organizer will provide free space in the hangar. Required equipment for anchoring: - Two stands under the wing. - Two clips on the wings with ropes. - Belt with a rope to anchor the tail. - The rope anchoring hull front hitch. - Anchors guarantee safety anchoring of the glider at four points. - Cover for the cabin.

After the competition, before leaving the airfield, please remove all anchors.

5. Terms and conditions of participation and required competitor equipment - technically correct operating glider with all required documentation , recommended remaining operating time at minimum 50 hrs - On-board radio and Radio Operator - Parachute with the valid service check for the period of the competition - Flight recorder approved by the IGC before 19.03.2012 along with the table scale Or another, non-certified recorder complying with Reg. II. It is recommended to have two recorders. - Glider Pilot License and medical certificate validity till at least 27.05.2012 - FAI Sporting License valid for the period of - FAI Silver Badge - 200 hrs solo hours and 5000 km cross-country - Insurance: a/ Glider Third Party (OC) insurance with the certificated take-off weight (MTO): - less than 500 kg – the minimum limit of 750 000 SDR - from 500 kg to 1000 kg – the minimum limit of 1,5 million SDR * SDR means – Special Drawing Right as defined by International Monetary Fund b/ Accident and Personal Medical Insurance for pilot (NNW) (in the case of foreign competitors covering the cost of public health service in Poland). Pilots shall ensure that their coverage extends to accidents and injuries sustained in gliding competitions. - it is recommended to use anti-collision systems Terms and conditions of refund claims from the Insurer is the responsibility of the pilot. The organizer will not mediate in dealing the formalities relating to possible claims.

Competition classes and qualification XXXVII International Polish Gliding Championships – Open Class Number of participants – 50 gliders Includes Polish and foreign pilots, competing In open class gliders In accordance with Annex 1 Table 1a – II Rules of Gliding Competition Eligibility rules for pilots for competition at rank Polish Gliding Championships are defined in the regulations: I System Gliding Competitions and qualifying Pilots. One classification will be conducted covering all pilots. In accordance with the Rules II - pkt.10.2.2 "Polish Gliding Championships status in the competition recognizes the Polish Aero Club Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal best players possessing Polish citizenship in every class competition glider."

National Gliding Competition – Standard Class Number of participants - 50 gliders. Includes both Polish and foreign pilots competing in the standard class gliders in accordance with Annex 1 Table 1a - II of the Rules of Competition Soaring. One classification will be conducted covering all pilots.

7. Application procedure for pilots and rules for qualification to competitions Contestant shall apply yourself by filling out a form on the website of the competition and pay entry fee by the deadline to 19 April 2012 (the date on the impact of the account). After April 19, 2012 payment will be accepted only at the organizer office. The deadline for Submissions is the time of completing the form on the website of the competition.

The determination of the qualifications shall apply: a) SMP OPEN: Pilots who have made a setup fee until 04/19/2012 (the date on the impact of money on account Aeroklub Leszczynski are eligible in the following order:
Polish pilots (max 35 places) in the order of the Polish Ranking List.
Winners of last year CZS ( Year-round Gliding Competition) and SzPP ( Polish Gliding Cup)
Pilots holding a license issued by a foreign NAC who occupy a higher place in the IGC ranking list on the 01 January 2012 of approved and published by the Gliding Committee.
pilots, whose entry fee has affected the Aeroclub Leszczynski account after April 19, 2012 will be accepted within the free places by the date of booking entry fee on the account of the organizer. b) KZS STD:

9. Costs of participation: Competitor or his/her Sports Club meet the following costs: - Entry fee: 400 PLN (all classes) - Costs of towing - the price of 1 tow: 140 PLN - Costs of transport to and from the competition place and transport to and after the task - Cost of transportation after out-landing - The costs of accommodation and meals - Air towing from airports and airstrips in agreement with the CSS Leszno Organizer of the own funds and the entry fee guarantees: - Printing services related to the championships, - Water for washing and refueling gliders, - Meteorological services - Scoring office and task settler - Flight operations services, - The necessary telecommunications services - Access to the Internet.

10. Registration procedure: Upon arrival at Leszno in the first step you should: purchased 3 towing tickets at the reception Leszno CSS. With the completed REGISTRATION FORM go to registration office on 05/18/2012 from 09:00 till 19:00 (West entrance to the concrete hangar, 1st Floor)
