General Membership Fee Schedule - October 1, 2014 – September 30, 2015 All fees are subject to 6.0% tax

Entitles the Member to the use of the Main tennis, aquatics, social and spa facilities. General Members will have a priority sign-up privilege to reserve court playing times and will not be required to pay court fees. General Members may play golf at the Club Course six (6) times during the season upon payment of green and golf cart fees.

1. All new homeowners who purchase golf memberships will join as Full Golf members with the ability to downgrade to one course if requested by March 1st of the year they purchase (or the subsequent March 1st if the home is purchased after December 31st.) 2. If full golf membership (Old Course) is purchased at closing, the buyer will pay Master dues for the fiscal year in which the home is purchased and the subsequent fiscal year with yearly $1000.00 increases thereafter until reaching full golf dues. Golf Course/Renovation assessments will commence the fiscal year following the purchase of the home.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER CATEGORY October 1, 2014—September 30, 2015 This membership category is available to new homebuyers age 59 or younger wherein the buyer can defer a portion of the equity payment for up to 7 years or age 60, whichever comes first. Buyers may choose to become an Associate Old Course, Associate Master or Associate General Member. Associate members have all of the rights and responsibilities of a Regular member in the same category. Equity Paid at Closing for Associate Members At age 60 or 7 years after becoming an Associate member, whichever occurs first, the Associate member will automatically become a Regular member or Member in Waiting in that same category. At that time, the Associate will pay the equity difference between the equity initially paid and the full equity for that membership category as of the closing date.

Dues, Charges, Equity: 1.

Associate members pay reduced equity at closing and reduced dues, based on age and membership category (see chart). Payback Percentage is 25%

Associate members’ reduced dues will be in effect for a period of 7 years or until the Associate member reaches age 60, whichever occurs first. Annual dues will be $3,000 less than a Regular Old Course member, $2,000 less than a Regular Master member and $1,000 less than a Regular General member so long as a member remains an Associate.

All Associate members will pay the assessments required of a Regular member in that category.

4.

An Associate member who sells their home before becoming a Regular member is responsible to pay the Equity Difference, less the 25% Payback Percentage.

5.

An Associate member may elect, at any time, to become a Regular member or a Member In Waiting in their same category of membership upon payment of the Equity Difference.

6.

A buyer under the age of 60 at time of purchase who turns 60 during the first fiscal year after joining will not be eligible for Associate membership.
