THE FLUFF BRIDAL EXPERIENCE
Our wedding team is handpicked and each artist in the wedding team has a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in editorial, wedding, photo-shoot, and/or runway. The day of your wedding your photographer will be taking hundreds of photos (If you do not already have a wedding photographer, we would be happy to give recommendations!). Our Bride Beauty Team, with their extensive experience with photo shoots, approaches your wedding day much in the same way as they would doing the hair and make-up for a photo shoot for the cover of a large magazine, such as Vogue!
Your wedding day is a very special and important day in your life. For the Fluff Bride Beauty Team, being selected to be a part of such a special occasion is an honor and makes it equally as important to us. Our wedding packages include Fluff Bride Beauty Team consisting of a personal Bridal BeautyConcierge, an understudy, and our master hand selected hair and make-up artists and bridal beauty specialists.
OUR MISSION
Your personal Bridal-Beauty Concierge is your beauty planner and is always available to assist you. Bridal-Beauty Concierge is available 7 days a week nearly 24 hours a day. They ensure the beauty aspect of your wedding is organized and smoothly executed and will be a single contact point for you, who in turn will communicate directly with your entire Bride Beauty Team.
That your hair and/or make up and that of your entire wedding party who has selected to use our services looks their absolute best at the wedding and in the wedding photos. During your trial run your artist will work with you to ensure the look that you have chosen not only will photograph well, but also reflects your inner beauty and true self. This is very important and is often an overlooked aspect of bridal beauty, and brides are left feeling uncomfortable and/or unnatural in their wedding do’s on their wedding day.
Any special requests or ideas you might have, your personal concierge is there to help. They book and create the beauty schedule for you and your wedding party and assist you with updating and implementing any changes you require during the weeks/months leading up to your wedding day.
Our exclusive understudy program gives you peace of mind that on the day of your wedding, your hair and/or make up will look exactly how it looked the day of your trial. Your understudy is introduced to you the day of your trial and shadows your artist, taking pictures, video and detailed notes of what your key artist is doing. After your trial run your key artist then works with your understudy ensuring the understudy masters your wedding day look. If something was to ever happen to your key artist, your understudy would execute your day of look to the exact same standard of your key artist.
During the months and weeks leading up to your wedding, our Fluff Bride Beauty Team works hard in planning, paying close attention to detail to ensure that the day of your wedding you can enjoy getting ready. Your wedding day is not just another day, which is why our Bridal Menu is different from our daily menu. Your wedding is special and unique and happens just once in a life time and the Fluff Bridal Team is here to ensure you look and feel beautiful throughout the entire beauty planning process.

TRAVEL All “on-location” services include travel within 20 miles of the Fluff-Bar location. Beyond 20 miles, a fee of $1/mile ($1/mile one way. Fee is only applicable one way, and not round trip) will be added to the service total. For travel more than 2hrs hours by car from the Denver FluffBar location with a beauty service start time of 8am or earlier, an additional fee will be charged for hotel accommodations or wedding party could provide accommodations. Weddings booked requiring flight transportation will require flight and hotel accommodations and are subject to availability. OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS We consider "normal" business hours to be 8am - 6pm. There will be a convenience fee of $20pp added to the service total of services booked outside of normal business hours or on holidays.

BRIDAL BEAUTY CLASS
Learn how to do your own wedding day and bridesmaids’ hair and makeup in our fun and relaxed environment. Minimum class size is two and our maximum class size is five. If your group is larger than five, we can create two classes back to back! Tools, products, and everything you need will be provided for you to practice with. ONE-ON-ONE BEAUTY CLASS
Learn how to do your own wedding day hair and/or makeup in this fun one on one class with an artist on our Bridal Artistry Team. Or have one of our artists teach your maid of honor (or a very special someone that you trust) how to do your hair and/or makeup for your wedding. Tools, products and everything you need will be provided for you to practice with. BRIDAL FULL FACE MAKEUP - 2 HOUR CLASS Learn how to create a classic flawless look in this 2 hour full face bridal makeup class. You will learn what shades to use to enhance your natural beauty and the tools to create the look. Includes one glass of champagne. $199 BRIDAL HAIR - 2 HOUR CLASS Learn how to create your wedding day hair. You will walk away knowing how to prep your hair to create your desired look and ensure it lasts all day.Includes one glass of champagne. $199 Pre‐book a repeat of your one on one class for extra practice for just $75/hr. Begin booking color and cut appointments throughout the year. 9 MONTHS Book trial run for hair and makeup wedding day services. POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE ORDER A minimum of forty (40) days notice is required for any cancellations or service changes. If any services are cancelled with 39 - 14 days notice 50% of the canceled services will be due upon cancellation and will be charged to the submitted credit card by the contract holder. If any services are cancelled with less than thirteen (13) days notice 100% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. We consider the guest list closed fourteen days before the scheduled event date and will do our absolute best to accommodate all last minute additions. [email protected] PAYMENT DETAILS To reserve the Artists for the Bride Artistry Team and the time required to execute the beauty portion of the wedding day, a nonrefundable deposit and a signed service agreement is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of the event. Each guest may individually pay for their service(s).
