Bridal Agreement; Terms and Conditions
Policies Securing Wedding Date Your wedding day services will be secured when the signed contract has been received. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract.
Payment Full payment is due the day of services. Prices are subject to change as styling needs change or services are added. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks or cash. Please remember prices DO NOT include gratuity.
Contract/Appointment Changes Wedding date and time, service date, time of arrival in salon, estimated time of completion, names of guest to be styled, and service descriptions should mailed or emailed. Any changes to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing. No changes can be made over the telephone. Changes will be accepted up to 14 days prior to wedding date. Any cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will be charged in full to the credit card associated with this contract. *The Bride/individual signing this contract is the only one authorized to submit/change appointments for the wedding party. The salon coordinators are the only one to accept and make requested changes. *Cancellations due to emergency are considered on a case by case basis per the salon management’s discretion
Arrivals/Late Arrivals For a smooth and relaxing day please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If the wedding party is more than 15 minutes late without contacting the salon, the party will be charged an additional $15.00 late fee for each guest service. Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts for you and other clients following your appointments. *If a wedding party is more than 1 hour late without contacting the salon, the assumption is the wedding party is a no show. The individual signing this contract will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the services and your credit card will be charged.

To the Bride All bridal hair and makeup services require a pretrial/consultation to discuss any thoughts or concerns regarding your wedding day and completion of style. A pretrial is required to ensure perfection and timing on the day of your wedding. All services are by reservation only!
