LAUSD BIC PROCESS

BIC GENERAL GUIDELINES o Meals are for enrolled students, classroom

teacher and volunteers only o Class roster will accompany the breakfast meals

POS roster to check off the names on the roster when a reimbursable meal is received • Grades K-2: K 2: Teacher checks off names on the roster

BIC GENERAL GUIDELINES o All meals must be consumed inside the classroom o Un-served items must be left inside the insulated bag and

returned to the cafeteria o All items taken by students, teachers and volunteers may

not be returned to the cafeteria and must be discarded in the trash can o Cafeteria staff will be responsible p for recording g the total

number of meals served o Contact custodial staff for large spills and spot cleaning
