BRANDING AND LOGO GUIDELINES

Welcome to NextGear Capital’s branding and logo guidelines. We are proud of the NextGear Capital brand, including our logo and all trademarks associated with it. Clear and consistent use of our brand assets ensures the integrity of our corporate identity, and helps our brand stand out in the marketplace. The following standards apply to all applications of the NextGear Capital logo, color palette and typography. We ask that you adhere to these guidelines any time the logo or other visual elements of our brand are used. Please email our Marketing Department to obtain approval prior to any use of our logo, tagline or other brand assets. Thank you for your proud representation of the NextGear Capital brand!

CORPORATE LOGO

The NextGear Capital logo files ensure accurate and consistent usage throughout all internal and external communications. The logo should not be altered in any way. The primary logo should always be used unless production limitations prevent accurate reproduction, only then can the secondary logo be used.

LOGO SAFE AREA

The NextGear Capital logo or logo/ tagline combination must have a safe area as shown. The safe area is one half the height of the letter X in the logo. This safe area must exist in all applications. The NextGear Capital Primary logo can ONLY be placed on a white background unless approved by the Marketing Team.

LOGO MINIMUM SIZE

To retain brand integrity, the NextGear Capital logo or logo/tagline must be clearly legible. NEVER scale the logo smaller than the example shown.

TYPOGRAPHY

The NextGear Capital identity system uses the Trade Gothic font family. The Regular typeface is used for body copy and the Bold No. 2 is used for headlines.

CMYK Colors

The dark blue is the primary, the light blue is the secondary, and the green and silver are used as accent colors. The primary CMYK logo, as well as CMYK colors, should always be used when creating collateral that will be printed in full-color (offset or digital). The secondary PMS 282 C logo, as well as the PMS colors, should only be used when printing is restricted to spot color printing. The web-safe colors should be used when producing online art so images look the same across all web browsers. RGB colors should only be used for video/TV production.

COPY AND TEXT STYLE GUIDELINES

To ensure consistency in all written communications, please refer to these style rules when writing about or for NextGear Capital. • Always use NextGear Capital in every reference in its entirety. Never use NextGear, an acronym or any other abbreviated version in its place. • The company is always referred to as NextGear Capital with a capital G and no space between Next and Gear. • Text uses of NextGear Capital do not require a trademark notation, but all uses of logo and tagline do require trademark indication. • Text uses of NextGear Capital should be in the Trade Gothic font family, and all Web applications should be in Arial. • The website address is always written in lower case, such as nextgearcapital.com. Only use www for tracking purposes if needed • Always use floor plan as two seperate words. • All phone numbers have periods instead of dashes between area code and numbers, such as 888.969.3721. • Email addresses should be written in all lower case, such as [email protected]. • Always reference as myNextGear and/or myNextGear Mobile Never use dealer site, virtual office, backend site, etc. • Always use myNextGear and/or myNextGear Mobile with a lowercase “my”, Uppercase “N”, “G” and “M”
