SeneGence was founded on a vision of incredible opportunity, through healthy cosmetics, to allow women to be independent and successful regardless of age, background or education. Joni Rogers-Kante, CEO and Founder of SeneGence International had a vision of “products that really work and a career that really works” based on a business plan she created long before finding the premier product. “I knew exactly what I wanted to create and needed someone who could help me make it.”

SeneGence quickly exploded into the market in 1999 as an exciting new company with the launch of a most unique product. LipSense ® quickly grew in popularity as the premier long-lasting lip color of the beauty scene. This was only the beginning: The beginning of an entire longlasting cosmetic line with the most reputable and revolutionary anti-aging skincare products; the beginning of thousands of successful careers for women around the world; and the beginning of a family. SeneGence began growing one person at a time, one customer at a time and is today known in the market place as the cosmetic company “with products that really work” to make skin more beautiful.

Environment Joni traveled around the world to find ingredients different than those available in the U.S. Ingredients in SeneGence products are gathered from Vanuatu’s string of islands in the South Pacific. Our scientists discovered that by blending characteristics of this naturally-occurring resource with ingredients proven to be beneficial to the skin into both our skincare and color cosmetics, dramatic improvements to the skin occur. The SeneDerm ® SkinCare system also protects the skin from harmful rays from the sun without the use of unnecessary chemicals. SeneGence prides itself on being on the cutting edge of anti-aging and long-lasting color technology with original, patented and proprietary formulations of cosmetics and skincare, while being environmentally sensitive.

Community The Make Sense Foundation ® (MSF) was created by Joni Rogers-Kante as part of the overall plan to make a meaningful contribution. As a non-profit organization, it is separate from SeneGence, but works closely with its independent Distributors, raising funds for those in need. The idea is to give back to the communities which helped so many women in their own careers - sharing collective success through community involvement. Based on the fundamental mission of helping women and children in crisis, the foundation thrives on donating directly to deserving organizations that support those in need across the country. To date, the MSF has donated to dozens of non-profit organizations from coast to coast and will continue to support women and children in crisis for years to come. SeneGence Distributors “Partner” with individuals and local charities and may donate a portion of the proceeds to organizations or nominate qualifying charities to receive financial support directly from the Make Sense Foundation.

I choose to have the Customer Direct Program available to my customers. The CDO will allow my customers to order directly from SeneGence and have their product shipped directly to them. I will be paid my retail profit after deduction of a service fee. I have read the terms and conditions for the CDO program, which are available online at www.SeneGence.com under ‘The Career’ then ‘Customer Direct Order’ and I agree to same. I also understand I can turn the CDO program/function on and off as I please.

My signature below indicates that I have read and accepted all the terms and conditions regarding privileges and obligations as outlined on the back of this agreement and that I have read and agree to be bound by the provisions of the Distributor Policies and Procedures Guide and the Distributor Compensation Plan, the terms of which, by this reference, are fully incorporated in this agreement.
