Bond Interiors’ in-depth experiences in the industry have been drawn mainly from the Middle East, Europe & Asia. We stress on detailed initial project planning, thorough & close co-ordination, value engineering, intensive design principal involvement and project management expertise to ensure accurate and efficiently executed projects. Bond has more than managed to stay afloat in the over powering global crisis. We have improved our efficiency and quality at a minimum cost which was made largely possible due to our in house services and production facilities that we had been building up for the past 25 years. Services Promise of providing high quality services is our philosophy. Bond offers Turnkey services from concept to completion be it a small design assignment to huge renovation projects. Design & contracting services, professional planning & space analysis, consultation in changing & upgrading company image and cost efficiency management are few of the many services that Bond offers to the clients. .

Imagination Imagination is implied as an actual space or medium in an individual's mind, and in this space it has a power to combine images and ideas to do the work of reason. As a medium, imagination is a world where thought and images are nested in the mind to ‘form a mental concept of what is not actually present to the senses.’ We at Bond are dedicated to turning these creative and imaginative concepts of the designers into interiors that reflect precision to the last detail. In short, Bond is the answer to all the infinite possibilities in reality.

Details Bond specializes in extensive turnkey interior fit-outs with the highest standard of workmanship where extreme care is taken for minute details. Be it from wall-to-wall or floor to ceiling, we deliver quality fixed joinery, and special luxury finishes to our clients, including doors and frames, metal works, and timber paneling. In addition to our own joinery operations in the UAE, we are supported by prominent suppliers worldwide, ensuring that all client requirements are efficiently met.

Afterword Inspiring ideas come from a real understanding of the way a structure works and also what is physically possible in that space. Our expertise in interiors gives us a huge advantage in terms of visual design to bring the design concepts to life. Bond works with the clients through concept development and materials sourcing to make the most of their interior design possibilities. Colors, themes and lighting can transform an interior if they are handled with imagination and style, and at Bond we specialize in enhancing the given space. It is often said that the soul of an interior is in the ‘breathing space’ that reflects most owner’s desires and hopes. The responsibility in creating the correct atmosphere and forms while working hand in hand with the designer by accessing some of the most precious materials in the world, requires an understanding of the influence of these expensive materials as well as the ability to foresee the results of their combinations. Only time & knowledge can bring this elegance and beauty into whole. At Bond, we use this balance in delivering some of the most challenging interiors and enhancing the communities they touch.

Where Vision becomes reality…

“Our vision isn't just a policy on paper, it is how we do business, every day.”

Hospitality Projects

Leadership

“Positioning and precisely incorporating requirements gives Bond an unparalleled hand above the rest.”

25 Years of achievement

Director Ali Moaswes says, “We build relationships, not just interiors. For more than two decades, in hundreds of projects, we have forged lasting relationships with clients, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia. Whatever our role, whether as a general contractor or as part of a larger team, we foster a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect towards the common goal of quality”. As for the workforce, Bond at present has more than 1200 employees which is a huge escalation from a meager start of 15 people in 1986. “Prizing people above all other resources, we have always empowered our workforce to make decisions, seize the responsibility for customer satisfaction, and grow personally and professionally”, he adds. “In short, a quality company built by quality people.”

“A Quality company built by Quality People.” Ali Moaswes Director

Experience is what hospitality is all about these days and while most of our leisure time off a hectic work load is given over to small time amusements, the longing for the good life, personal enrichment and discovery, has never been greater. In an age where every place is electronically accessible but remote from our touch, our minds seek remote places that offer access to new perspectives, discoveries and encounters. Creating a destination – a setting for leisure and renewal, is therefore a special kind of a retreat. As an ideal space the destination cannot be appreciated passively but requires participation in an experience. Physically & psychologically, the guest must leave a familiar world of routines to enter a novel realm of discovery and rejuvenation. These days, high end hotels & resorts are actively seeking to bond with their clientele by making sure that every price point has customer loyalty in mind. This has led a few of them to focus exclusively on delivering the quality of experience that their brands imply. Of course, being a good hotelier involves more than hiring the right designer to develop a winning scheme. An interior fitout contractor, accurately translating the scheme into reality is an equal must. This is where Bond’s forte is predominant in the industry not only for 5 star hotels but also expensive club houses & restaurants. Our success in this industry is evident from the number of repeat clients throughout our 25 year tenure.

Managing Director Saad Moaswes, qualified with Masters in Construction Management from the University of Southern California, LA says, “Bond is committed to the belief that Perfection is distinguished from the actual by an element known as Excellence. We’re committed to excellence, in everything that we do. Our vision isn't just a policy on paper, it is how we do business, every day.

We focus on technically exacting projects, as this is where we can truly add value for our clients.”

As one of UAE’s leading contractors, we have a reputation for delivering complex projects on time and to budget. We cover the lifecycle of the built environment, from feasibility through to facilities management. We focus on adding value to our clients’ businesses by bringing an innovative approach to project delivery that delivers tangible benefits.” “Our business philosophy is designed around providing a quality service that will meet our clients’ business objectives, underpinned by our trademark teamwork culture. Our competitive advantage is enhanced by using our strategic supply chain early in the project life cycle, to capture best practice and innovation, in all areas of the project for our clients. Fibber Mc Gees ,a traditional Irish Pub in Dubai is one of Bond’s prized names in themed projects. For an interior striving for a rustic feel, this pub pulls it off with aplomb. Bond was able to capture the right essence of an authentic Irish pub due to the care taken in the finishes of the materials used throughout the interior. The flooring, that has a set of different levels, is well distinguished with distressed oak parquet and carpet floor. Anaglyptic wall coverings decorate certain areas of the ceiling which is otherwise dominated by oak wood strips that have been well distressed to match the floor. The sandblasted windows are swathed in heavily embroidered draperies that work well with the decorative painted walls. The furniture that are of assorted styles & finish have been set well with provisions for private dining and banquet seating as well. Wrought iron lighting fixtures and wall sconces displayed, are more inclined towards a gothic style of design. A dummy fireplace, supported with bric-a-brac and accessories , work their way skillfully into the interior and helps in achieving the reminiscence of an Irish Pub as originally desired.

"Our commitment to excellence in safety has been an enviable part of our reputation.” -Steve Kiernan Operations Manager

A successful project is an outcome of a smooth operation and this is where Bond’s Operations Manager, Steve Kiernan plays a key role. “With a support team of highly qualified project managers and engineers, we are able to uphold Bond’s commitment to quality and efficiency” says Steve. “Our professional experience in interior turnkey fit-out has developed our senses in handling various issues involved in the practicalities of working with skilled labour, artisans, suppliers and sub-contractors. Renaissance hotel - Dubai Bond, well known for skilled workmanship and quality, was able to successfully execute the renovation of the Renaissance Hotel , Dubai. The hotel was given an interior facelift right from the reception lobby where the escalators were clad in rich rosewood veneer that brilliantly complements the custom designed reception counter along with the furniture and accessories manufactured. The accessories, well harmonized by Bond, also includes the stylish chandeliers that hangs off the ceiling of the double height area. The lounge has been well lit with fabric drum lights that becomes a feature by itself with the crystal beads that surrounds each light. The placement of these lights in a straight array, definitely delivers an impact and has been used consistently in other areas of the hotel as well. Bond’s expertise in intricate wood work is evident in the fret-cut teakwood mashrabiya panels featured in the ballroom as well as in the ballroom lobby. The panels in the lobby are larger in scale with back lighting while the ones in the ballroom are more intricate in design with mirror backing. This project lines out Bond’s quality as the targeted ambience was achieved to the satisfaction of the client.

Bonding with the Trends… At present times, work and lifestyle are no longer seen as opposites seeking equilibrium, but as a constant flow of activities that mix work with play. Even compared to a few years ago, work was unconsciously being carried out all the time. But the scenario has changed. Leisure has become the in thing at work. Business travelers are seeking more spaces to relax during their tours, such as an hour or two at the hotel’s spa or conferences being used as a family vacation. This change of trend has forced the hospitality industry to expand its scope. Developers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, spa owners, entertainment and conference organizers are all joining together to create an experience that envelope the traveler in a world apart from the norms. With the conscious goal of promoting and strengthening the relationship, the hotel industry is accommodating every aspect of this new development into their scope. As a driving force in this industry, developers around the world turn to them repeatedly for expertise, marketing muscle, and their ability to meet and anticipate the customer’s desires. Yet it’s often the qualities that tie their individual hotels to their localities that enable the leading hotel brands to dominate their markets. A unique sense of place and experience is what creates brand loyalty and to achieve this, hoteliers, designers and contractors are ready to exploit every angle to communicate their ideals right down to the hotel’s graphics. Design, be it in interior or in graphics is the road to successful branding and all leading hotel brands are reinventing themselves to create a holistic experience for their clientele. As an equivalent support to design, interior fit-out too contributes a substantial percentage to hotel branding as it is about much more than just creating quality space. It is about creating lasting impact while recognizing the importance of the need in the overall success of a hospitality operator. Interiors that reflect client satisfaction is the very core of our practice. Yet at Bond, we effectively blend intensive research, planning and programming to create environments that promote strategic business objectives and enhance cultures. We strive to deliver a positive impact on the daily lives of all involved in our projects by creating functional, flexible, future-focused spaces.

Our projects reflect our desire for Perfection Planning & Strategies Great interiors make great places which in turn help make great communities. This can be achieved only with thoughtful, educated and innovative planning. Bond works with the clients, designers and suppliers to strategically address the needs of diverse constituencies. Regardless of the project scale, our priority is to incorporate elemental principles of planning into all our endeavors. With this Bond is able to foster the development of interior environments that are positive, people-centric and sustainable. Bond’s Planning & Strategies spectrum of services provides a comprehensive understanding of the connections between an organization's strategic objectives and the core elements of people, process and place. The process is user-centered by concept design provided while focusing on the decision-making stage of the project development.

Bonding with Projects… Discipline The vision of a client is the primary reason for a project and the focal point of all the interior requirements. Bond’s multidisciplinary teams place the client and end-users at the center of our work. We build a shared understanding that incorporates a project's mission, culture and ideals, onto where design and innovation can easily bloom. Site issues, community, culture, and context are added to the existing programmatic requirements. We believe that: Interiors that respect the past.. Interiors that are rooted in the present.. Interiors that guide us toward the future.. are the foundational aspects in our projects that we aim to achieve through methodical blending of planning, program and place.

Thriving on diversified resources, our teams demonstrate leadership in organizational, behavioral and environmental design factors and work with a determined knowledge gathered over our industrial experience that spans more than two decades. Tailored methodologies are formulated to meet the specific needs of each client. This effectively connects context with facilities or strategies that promote productivity, communication and community while increasing operational efficiencies of the hospitality & leisure businesses. One of the segments of our planning division is our procurement service. Committed at all times to creating efficiencies for our clients, this division gets to work the moment a project is awarded. Our leveraged buying power, management expertise, and vendor relationships have been established to the benefit of our clients. We bring our clients truly global sourcing, using the best, most affordable sources throughout the world and meeting the highest standards of efficiency, cost controls, customer service, and quality.

Hospitality Our extensive project portfolio represents a diverse selection of scale, geography and style in the world of hospitality. Continuous Development Process A good process is about embracing the unpredictable and Bond believes that it is essential for the maintenance of the vision and quality of a project. Our processes and working methods are continually developed in connection with new projects as well as in collaboration with operators, suppliers, sub-contractors etc. By means of a tight and competent management, Bond is able to guide a team of stakeholders and professionals safely through a process, which begins from the moment a project is awarded, to the final stages of project handover. The road to a good result is through a dynamic process in which the various core competences meet and contribute to mutual development and progress. Four key concepts help to ensure a good process on all our projects: Project Planning & Development, Collaboration, Project Management and Quality Assurance. Bond’s success is dependent upon the unique talents of its staff because we believe that it is the people who truly make a firm. At Bond, the best of interiors comes from not one individual, but from a dynamic team process that encourages interaction, cooperation and diversity. Our team listens, collaborates, and helps guide every vision to reality.

Hospitality Design Development Hospitality Design is concerned with the integration of multiple perspectives, disciplines and expertise to develop frameworks and interior spaces for existing and emerging hotels. Through thoughtful analysis and creative thinking, Bond’s design development team establishes the requirements, identifies the means, and develops the concept designs provided to create vibrant, successful and engaging places. Spanning scales from the individual site to the region, hospitality design is as much a mindset as a discipline. It is about employing both innovative and timetested methodologies to pull together disparate factors and arrive at strategies to guide development, promote growth in tourism and create a great leisure experience. Bond’s knowledge of the hospitality industry includes hands-on experience with high profile hospitality operators by giving them a unique insight as to how their design will be executed. Our extensive project portfolio represents a diverse selection of scale, geography and style in the world of hospitality.

Ramada Hotel A complete renovation of the public areas at The Ramada Hotel, adds just another name to Bond’s list of satisfied clients. A semiclassical design in concept, the existing interior was renovated, successfully transferring the concept vision to reality. The entrance lobby features a shallow dome finished in gold leaf patch with a wrought iron pendant light hanging off the center. A decorative focal table occupies the space below the dome. The reception counter is in walnut wood with fret-cut design in gold leaf finish. The back wall is fabric padded with brass studs. Walls are finished in anigree veneer with crema marfil marble clad below the dado. The columns in the lobby follow the same design except with an addition of gold leaf fret-cut pattern which subtly distinguishes the columns from the walls. The crema marfil marble flows down to the floor and creates an interesting pattern with light emperador marble. Consistency in the joinery is carried over to the display counters as well with the same fret cut pattern in gold leaf. Lush soft seating with elegant decorative wall & table light fixtures, adds the much required finishing touches to the overall interior.

Our approach differs from one project to the other. We begin by listening to the clients. We determine the project’s needs, review the proposed concept, identify the project schedule, research product sourcing and understand completion strategies. It is then that we actually begin the project. This goal-oriented approach to all of our projects ensures that the resulting environment succeeds functionally, financially and aesthetically.

Three UAE hotels make top 2010 travel list

The Desert Island Resort & Spa, based on Abu Dhabi’s Sir Bani Yas Island, and Dubai’s Ritz-Carlton and Madinat Jumeirah are the only three UAE locations to make the 108-strong shortlist of the world’s greatest hotels, according to Conde Nast Traveller magazine. Editors and travel experts at the UK-based publication annually compile a Gold List of the best hotels based in six criteria; service, location, food, rooms, leisure facilities, and ambience and design. Anantara’s Desert Island Resort & Spa has now been honoured twice by the magazine during its short lifespan. It was named one of the world’s hottest hotels by Conde Nast Traveller in April 2009, just six months after opening. Set on the verdant island haven of Sir Bani Yas, just off the coast of Abu Dhabi, housing the once-private Royal Nature Reserve of His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Desert Islands Resort & Spa managed by Thai hospitality group Anantara, offers intrepid travellers an unforgettable island escape in the glittering waters of the Arabian Gulf. Long known as a unique sanctuary of natural beauty, the island of Sir Bani Yas is unlike any other destination in the Arabian Gulf. Indigenous Arabian wildlife from the Arabian National Park roam next to turquoise island waters, the result of a successful breeding programme undertaken by His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Traces of seafaring folklore from bygone days of sultans and explorers surround the island in exotic mystery. Stone Age ruins dot the island’s rugged landscape, footprints of previously undiscovered civilizations.

Ever since its inception, Bond has developed solid relationships with hoteliers, retailers and developers throughout the Middle east and abroad. These relationships are founded on trust & mutual respect and based upon the understanding of each other’s roles and responsibilities. The interior contracting world moves at the speed of light and one must be in lockstep with the client as they develop new products and adjust to the ever changing economic and demographic constraints. At Bond, a clear agenda overlying all decisions is established to serve as a backbone for the multitude of choices to be made throughout the construction process. Issues of context, materials, color, proportion and detailing, all vital elements for a successful project are thoroughly examined to create quality and value for the client and the stakeholders. Understanding our client’s core objectives is the most important component in the quest for successful projects. Our clients expect perfection. We deliver this excellence by knowing, in and out, the nuances of each client.

Bond’s expertise in decorative finishes is marked in every angle of this bar. The mahogany bar counter is the main aspect of this steakhouse which exhibits Bond’s skill and workmanship as a specialist manufacturer. Mahogany paneling breaks the wall finishes at intervals which is otherwise finished in decorative paint. A combination of oak wood and carpet is the main flooring finish. A dummy fireplace along with various artwork & accessories, blends seamlessly into the design.

Sustainability At Bond, we believe sustainable design is about being a good citizen locally and globally. Integrating the environmental, economic and health benefits of sustainability practice into our projects requires a multidisciplinary team approach. We strive to achieve a full commitment from clients, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers to maximize operational energy use, provide quality interiors and limit the environmental impact of construction and operation. Bond invests substantially in research and leads crossdisciplinary initiatives on understanding and reducing energy use, the lifecycle impact of the products, their packaging and transport to site, as well as end-of-life reusability. We are continuously trying to evolve various tools to create turnkey solutions that maximize the sustainable value of every project. Understanding that not every client will choose to attain a LEED certification, we make every effort to optimize sustainable practices wherever possible. We support each opportunity to help our clients reach achievable environmental, social, aesthetic and economic solutions posed by the challenges of their specific project.

We are enthusiasts.. passionate about work and driven to achieve the visions of our clients.

Our people bring a high level of experience and complementary skills to our clients providing the confidence to undertake the most complex challenges. Drawing sets bearing the Bond logo are well recognized and respected across the Middle East. This awareness has focused Bond on creating our project teams from within and keeping our professional staff working together on the same accounts. The reward is an amazing swiftness & consistency wherein every project is approached objectively with high service that will reflect the qualities, values and aspirations of our clients.

Bond invests substantially in research and continuously try to evolve various tools to create turnkey solutions that maximize the sustainable value of every project.

Cucina Being the original Cucina in Dubai, this cozy trattoria at the JW Marriott, is reminiscent of an old Italian kitchen complete with rustic exposed brick, open kitchen and wood fired pizza oven. The distressed parquet floor, color washed furniture, stucco plaster wall finish and the distressed wooden wall cabinets that hosts various Italian bric-a-brac, sets about a casual & relaxed Italian ambience in the heart of Dubai.

Hospitality Barsha hotel Of the many ‘design & build’ projects of Bond, the Barsha Hotel is a recent one in the list. A four star hotel consisting of around 50 rooms, Bond’s Design Studio was commissioned to come up with design concepts for all the guestrooms, public areas, coffee shop, spa & swimming pool. The entrance lobby and the foyer have been designed in a neo-classical style with an eclectic mix of furniture. The hues of the fabrics, richly blends with the different wall & floor finishes namely teak stone, silver marble, wallpaper, oak and walnut parquet that has been used throughout. The overall design concept was to create an interior that reflects a mediterranean-hawaiian feel to the hotel.

Quality …… Performance…. Satisfaction….. Throughout the years, Bond has developed a program of stability, professional performance, quality recognition, and client satisfaction. We are driven to provide unique aesthetic values to each and every project, creating a style unlike any other while adding an element of substance and meaning. We do more than provide great interiors, we go one better by creating the ability to evoke emotion by the visitor, beckoning them to return again and again. Bond specializes in the interior fit-out of a variety of destinations, including retail and mixed-use developments, restaurants, hotels and corporate office environments. Our projects have involved uncommon strategies and innovative designs to meet our clients' goals.

Hospitality

We let our interiors do the talking. Ritz Carlton The guestrooms at the Ritz Carlton Dubai, is one of Bond’s many current projects. Designed by GA Design International UK, the guestrooms are contemporary in concept & arabesque in detail. Mashrabiya panels near the windows, have their pattern picked up subtly by the lush carpet floor, wall lights and upholstery fabrics. An interesting feature has been created by glass mosaics to adorn the wall behind the headboard. In short, eclectic furniture with the apt blend of fabrics and hues, comfortably brings alive the traditional aura of the emirate.

Sheraton Health club A relaxing and an upscale space, the health club at the Sheraton Deira offers its guests various services in a befitting ambience. Contemporary in form & finish, this health club radiates a warm and inviting glow throughout. These attributes can be well claimed by the skilful blend of materials along with the matching flow of design. Walnut brown marble flooring supported by teak wood wall paneling has been carried over to the corridor from the reception area. The curved reception counter with its teak veneered façade, has palm leaves engraved into it creating a fareastern flair to the ambience. A normal corridor has been transformed into a point of interest with an introduction of a wavy pattern onto the wall paneling as well as the ceiling. The treatment rooms have elegantly carried the concept throughout by giving the guests, the visual rejuvenation that they deserve.

Bonding design with Craftsmanship…

Bonding with the Present… For businesses all over the world, the present times have been challenging to say the least, and for Bond those challenges have been no different. However, despite the shock waves and negative sentiment brought about by the financial crisis, we have managed to expand and grow our business. In the Middle East, we have turned adversity into opportunity by re-examining our core activities and geographic spread. Building on our respected reputation in UAE, we have created a strong position to explore opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Iraq. Over the last year, we have built upon our core infrastructure capabilities to expand our presence in key markets such as China. In 2009 we met the challenges of a global downturn and expanded our regional base and worldwide reach. We improved efficiency and increased our presence in major markets taking full advantage of the fiscal stimuli implemented by governments across the world. At Bond, the best of interiors comes from not one individual, but from a dynamic team process that encourages interaction, cooperation and diversity.

Customer Relations From the outside, customers interacting with a company perceive the business as a single entity, despite often interacting with a number of employees in different roles and departments. Customer Relations is a combination of policies, processes, and strategies implemented by Bond to unify its clients’ interactions and provide a means to track client information. Bond’s efficient customer relation techniques help in attracting new and profitable clients, while forming tighter bonds with existing ones.

Design development focuses on further development and refinement of details in the overall design concept. A series of plans and drawings are created to fully describe the functionality of all interior spaces and explain the ways in which the various components of the interior design interact.

Planning The preliminary planning is done when Bond’s design team meets the client to review the project site and co ordinate the requirements of the client or the operator in terms of both type and style of the project. All of these elements play a crucial role in the development of the space plan and will dramatically influence the ultimate style of the design.

Our research also gathers design inspiration, which broadens our perspective. Blending experience, innovation and solid business principles, Bond’s Designers create properties that define luxury and elegance, delivering an unforgettable guest experience. Post Contracts

Under the supervision of the QS Manager, the team prepares the commercial & contractual correspondence and periodic cost plan statement. Liaison between inter departments, clients, contractors and subcontractors are handled by this department to ensure a smooth flow throughout the project.

Estimation Cost Estimating is a vital factor in our planning process and contributes a substantial percentage to the actual winning of a contract. A cost estimate establishes the base line of the project cost at different stages of development even before the project is awarded. Bond’s professional team headed by the QS Manager with core experience in interior fit out and tailored works have the capacity and the ability to handle any number of tenders, do cost planning and value engineering to understand and analyze client’s requirement in developing the precise cost of the project. The team also prepares in depth details on the Bill of Quantities in simple spread sheets, specification writing and work out cost break down up to the last element. They also develop in house historical data, review and update the same at frequent intervals to be in line with the prevailing market scenario.

Planning Strategic Planning is vital for all organisations and therefore is considered one of the foremost divisions in Bond. It is a blue print of our business growth and a road map of our development. It helps in deciding our objectives both in quantitative and qualitative terms. We set our goals on the basis of these objectives and by keeping our resources in my mind. A plan must be a realistic view of expectations and our planning division prepares long range and short range plans, depending upon our activities. Bond divides the planning process into two categories, Business Plans & Operational Plans. The business plans mainly concentrate on the development of the enterprise as a whole i.e. business goals to be achieved during a specific time period. The operational plans can be further sub-divided into two, namely Organization Functional Plans and Project Plans. The former is related to the basic functioning of the enterprise while the latter is an integral part of project management. All details related to specific projects such as target goals, time period, budgetary requirements, delegation of manpower etc. are determined during this planning process.

“Planning is a blue print of our business growth and a road map of our development.”

Project Management

Bond considers project management as the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives. All our projects are undertaken to create a unique interior which undoubtedly requires distinct technical skills and adoption of separate management. The primary challenge of Bond’s project management is to achieve all project goals and objectives while honoring the project constraints. Typical constraints are scope, time and budget. The secondary and more ambitious challenge is to optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives. A standard project development procedure is maintained by our project managers such as Initiation, Planning & Design, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing, and Project Control Systems.

Administration Bond defines administration as the universal process of organizing people and resources efficiently so as to direct activities toward common goals and objectives. Administration is the management of business operations and implementation of major organizational decisions. Our administrators engage in a common set of functions to meet the organization's goals such as Planning short and long range goals by mapping the path from where the organization is to where it wants to be; Organizing departments by identifying responsibilities to be performed, grouping responsibilities into divisions, and specifying organizational relationships by taking into account the delegation of authority, responsibility and span of control within supervisory units; Directing people in a manner that achieves the goals of the organization by proper allocation of resources and providing an effective support system; and Controlling quality in all areas and detects potential or actual deviations from the organization's plan which in turn ensures high-quality performance and satisfactory results while maintaining an orderly and problem-free environment.

The great and successful men of the world have used their imaginations... they think ahead and create their mental picture of what they plan to achieve. They go to work materializing that picture in all its details, refining it as it progresses and steadily building their dream….

Joinery Joinery, a simple method by which two pieces of wood are connected, is the heart of fine woodworking. Without the ability to connect pieces of wood with an attractive strong joint, every woodworking project would need to be carved from a single piece of wood. Joinery encompasses everything from intricate half-blind dovetails to connections that are simply nailed, glued or screwed.

“Bond is one of the pioneers to introduce state-of-the art technology like water jet facility into interior turkey fit-out.” Water jet Facility Bond is one of the pioneers to introduce state-of-the art technology like waterjet facility into interior turkey fit-out. A water jet cutter, also known as a water jet or water saw is a tool capable of slicing into metal or other materials using a jet of water at high velocity and pressure, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance. The cutter is commonly connected to a high-pressure water pump where the water is then ejected from the nozzle, cutting through the material by spraying it with the jet of highspeed water. Additives in the form of suspended grit or other abrasives, such as garnet and aluminium oxide, can assist in this process. Waterjets are capable of attaining accuracy of 0.005" (0.13 mm), and repeatability of 0.001" (0.03 mm). This greatly aids in cutting out intricate design details on various materials.

At every project site, Bond sets up a site management and supervision team that prepares the project site covering all aspects of coordination, administration, planning, etc. to ensure smooth functioning of work on site. Few of the functions of the site execution team is to establish project site guide, progress monitoring, quality assurance, ensuring safety at site, supervision of civil and construction work, receiving & storage of equipment, supervision of erection and installation, finalization of the project and implementation of site environment compliance requirements.

The cornerstone of our business is the strong relationships we have built with our clients. One reason our clients keep coming back time after time, is because each project undertaken by Bond is given the same individual attention so as to not compromise on the quality. We pride ourselves on the excellence of our workforce and their commitment to success on every project. Quality control and safety represent important concerns for Bond. The most important decisions regarding the quality of a completed facility are made during the design and planning stages rather than during construction. It is during these preliminary stages that component configurations, material specifications and functional performance are decided. Quality control during construction consists largely of insuring conformance to these original designs and planning decisions. Safety during the construction project is also influenced in large part by decisions made during the planning and design process. This is where our safety engineers, in collaboration with the project managers, devise methods to execute the designs to the detail while providing maximum safety to our work force.

“We have spent a lot of effort on quality control and quality assurance. It is worth the effort because our clients keep coming back”
