Major Sean D. Jowell - BID Major Sean Jowell began his career in law enforcement with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office in 1989 upon graduating from the Pinellas Police Academy. Major Jowell is currently assigned to the Support Services Bureau as the bureau commander.

He holds a four-year degree in Biology from

Franklin Pierce College, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration/Personnel Management from Troy State University. Major Jowell is a graduate of Leadership Pinellas, FDLE sponsored Senior Leadership Program, Class 12 and is the current president of the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute Association. For the past 17 years Major Jowell has been an active member of the Ride and Run with the Stars charity and is currently the organizations Vice-President.

Lieutenant Glenn Luben - Bio Lieutenant Glenn Luben began his career in law enforcement with the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office in 1986 upon being honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. Lieutenant Luben is currently assigned to the Special Operations Division as the Commander of the Strategic Enforcement Section (SES). Lieutenant Luben He holds a four-year degree in Human Services from Springfield College.

Lieutenant Luben also Commands the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office Major Accident Investigation Team (MAlT), which is also known as a Traffic Homicide Team. Lieutenant Luben is an Adjunct Instructor with St. Petersburg College, and the University of North Florida.

Division Chief Shelby Willis - BIO Division Chief Shelby Willis was a member of the Special Police Forces in the United States Air Force for four years.

She has been a Firefighter/Paramedic for 12 years.

She has been with Largo Fire Department for more than 10 years. She currently holds the title of Division Chief EMS. She is the SWAT Medic Coordinator for Largo's team. She has an AA in Art from St. Petersburg College and a SA in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She is married and has one child.
