Unsere BISON Kraftspannfutter sind mit 60° und 90° Backenverzahnung lieferbar. Mit Hilfe des im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Spezialeinsatzes ist es möglich, unser Kraftspannfutter mit Durchgangsbohrung einfach und schnell in ein Kraftspannfutter ohne Durchgangsbohrung umzurüsten. Dadurch erhalten Sie mehr Flexibilität für Ihren Maschinenpark.

Jedes Futter wird aus hochwertigem Legierungsstahl gefertigt. Alle BISON Kraftspannfutterkörper sind auf 60 HRC gehärtet. Darüber hinaus sind Körper und alle weiteren relevanten Bauteile geschliffen, um bestmögliche Eigenschaften zu erzielen. All BISON Power Chucks are made from high quality forged alloy steel. The chuck bodies are carbonized and hardened to 60 HRC. Furthermore, the body and all relevant working parts are finely ground, enabling the final product to be precise with excellent mechanical properties. The fundamental advantages of these Power Chucks are: high load carrying capacity, durability, high gripping accuracy, and repeatability. The result is a rugged chuck that meets the highest sliding, stability and durability parameters.
