TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM: If your group does not meet the food and beverage minimum, the difference may be added to the final bill as a room rental charge. The food and beverage minimums do not include tax or gratuity. 2. FOOD AND BEVERAGE ORDERS: All food and beverage orders should be submitted no later than 5 days prior to the event date. 3. GUARANTEE: To complete booking, a written guaranteed commitment is required for service and food preparation. We allow 48 hours notice to change this number. This final guarantee cannot be reduced, and increase in guarantee 48 hours or less prior to the event may be subject to a surcharge. 4. OVERTIME FEES: Events should be scheduled within a time limit; 3 hours for dinner and 2 hours for lunch (during regular hours). Events that exceed the allotted time period will be charged overtime fees at $25 per 15 minutes over the time schedules. Events that scheduled off the regular hours will be charged overtime fees at $50 per 15 minutes. 5. LIABILITY: Any damages or thefts incurred by your guests will be charged to the final bill. 6. CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made no less than 72 hours prior to event date. Cancellations within 72 hours of the contracted date will be subject to $250 cancellation fee. 7. TAXES: The final bill will include state sales tax of 8.25% (unless customer can provide proof that the group is tax exempt).
