Bespoke Fund Document Solutions FundsLibrary is a leading distributor of fund documents in the UK, delivering in excess of 1.75 million documents to investors and clients each year. We deliver documents to major fund supermarkets, IFA websites, financial websites, and software providers, as well as through our own website: www.fundslibrary.co.uk
Extensive coverage Our bespoke document solutions allow you to provide a huge range and depth of fund information, via your own platform (whether that’s a website, extranet or intranet) with minimal IT development. You can display fund documents: • from over 300 different fund management groups
Daily updates Using our proprietary technology, the currency of our fund-specific documents is checked on a daily basis, so that what’s stored within the FundsLibrary database is identical to what’s hosted on every fund management group’s own website. This ensures that you are hosting compliant, goodquality documents, which can be compared on a like-forlike basis by your clients.
Flexibility If you wish to display documents that are outside of our current 3,700 fund coverage we can acquire these documents as part of our service. In addition, if you need a more bespoke IT method for how the documents are displayed, this may be accommodated.
(examples shown in fig.1) • for over 3,700 funds and 400 investment trusts • in up to seven different formats (e.g. factsheets, report
and accounts, simplified prospectuses, independent research) • via three different simple IT methods
Regular feedback As part of our bespoke solutions service, we will also automatically monitor the usage of the documents you display and provide you with regular detailed reports.
• in an environment of your choice

How do these solutions work? Automated document retrieval, and the reliability of our systems and software which drive both document collection and distribution to our clients’ websites, are key to our document solutions. It is these systems that enable us to deliver over 1.75 million documents to clients and investors each year.
The diagram below shows how the FundsLibrary document collection and distribution process works. The initial stage of automated daily checking of fund management group websites, is essential in providing you with the most up-todate fund documents available.

Adding FundsLibrary content to your website There are three simple ways to add FundsLibrary content to your website.
Option 1: Incorporate hyperlinks to your existing platform FundsLibrary will provide you with all necessary URL links to our central database. These links can then be embedded into any section of your own website, providing users with instant access to each document.
Your Website
Option 2: White label the FundsLibrary document store Using this option, FundsLibrary will provide a complete bolt-on web solution. The range of documents and funds presented can be tailored to your requirements. The sample shown here can reflect your own layout, colour scheme and branding.
Option 3: FundsLibrary ‘i-frame’ The ‘i-frame’ can contain direct links to all documents for a particular fund. It can either be delivered as a small i-frame or a pop-up window. This provides you with the flexibility to incorporate documents within an existing fund information template, so that they are clearly visible on your website for your clients, whilst we maintain the content of the i-frame.
