• Rooms for students are 3-8 bedded • Chill out room with spacious seating and a small bar serving drinks and snacks • ‘Night silence’ begins at 22:00hrs

Day 1 – Afternoon • At check in the hotel staff will speak to students about expectations in terms of behaviour

• Student rooms will be allocated & room checks carried out • Rooms may not be ready until 15:00hrs

Day 2 – Evening Arrive back at the Meininger Hotel in time for the evening meal at 18:00hrs Followed by bowling (2 hour session)

Day 3 – 5th November Breakfast followed by coach excursion to Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp

Day 3 Lunch at the Remus Restaurant (sadly not the Michelin Star restaurant in Karlsruhe!) Very traditional meal All dietary information has been forwarded to the restaurant

Day 4 • 12:30hrs – Return to Meininger Hotel to load luggage onto coach • 12:50hrs – Depart hotel for transfer to Berlin Schonefeld Airport. • 13:50hrs Check in at Airport Flight Number EZY5412 • 15:50hrs Departure

Day 4 • 16.55hrs Arrive London Gatwick Airport • Newton’s Coaches to take us back to WHS • Approximate arrival 18:00hrs – 19:00hrs (dependent upon traffic & flight arrival time)
